I tried using them at the gym but I wasn't very comfortable with then. They are good if you're an average earphone user and not performing heavy physical activity.

That being said, I still did not purchase this item on that initial day. There was not much know about the quality of the earbuds. After months of looking for reviews, I finally purchased these on sale. So far the have been o.k. as far as sound quality. They come in a variety of colors which is also good.
