TERRIBLE, cracked my iPhone!

I am totally under shock right now I didnt even notice the drop because it was just the usual phone drop! I dropped my phone many times when I had a cheap rubber case BUT never left a scratch on my phone! I bought this case specifically for its rubber Hybrid/anti shock feature and brand, the case and Kate Spade logo started scratching in the first few days and now its almost erased. You literally can NOT turn the mute button on/off because it is embedded into the case and inaccessible unless you have long nails or a pen handy! I DONT know what to do now and I want my money back! Please advise, and ask for photos if you want to see this mess!
