I have used the charger a number of times and it works just as the associate described.

Just make sure you have it fully charged and it's great when your phone is on low

I am a big fan of Kate Spade so I bought it on a whim. This battery charges relatively fast and can charge up my phone a few times from low battery. It's nice and small too so you don't feel like you're lugging it around.

I wasn't getting more than a few charges out of it. But I realized I never fully charged it. I can get about4 charges out of it if I'm using my phone non stop while it's plugged in. I am not sure if that's great but I figure it is since it's being used constantly. It is quick to recharge and it is pretty (not that that makes a difference, but I like it)! And I got it on clearance.

It has been very reliable and always works. It charges my phone fully twice before I have to charge it. Very compact so I can just throw in my purse.
