Design Peeling off

Unfortunately within a couple of weeks, part of the foil from the design began peeling off the back of the case. I'm not sure if it is a manufacturing defect or design problem, but for a premium price case this was disappointing.

Then after another month the plastic on the edges started cracking

They don't line up well with the buttons on the side and slip off easily. I was replacing this one with my other Kate Spade which cracked, but I will be going with another brand and returning this one to the store.
