The model number is reversed on these items. Took to store to exchange and was told that it wasn’t there problem to fix. Said Kate spade would have to fix it. Really. It’s in the system wrong the pictures don’t match up with descriptions on the BEST BUY WEB SITE. You also can’t call a store directly for them to put hands on correct case before driving 45 minutes to exchange. The local phone number dumps you in the national call center. Call center said they would let store know to give me a call to see if the item needed was actually in store. Never got a call.

My phone is completely shattered. I purchased a $10 case and ended up paying $400 to repair the back of my shattered glass. Please do not buy if you tend to drop your phone.

I had not dropped the case or handled it roughly. This is the 2nd Kate Spade case I have had and both failed quickly (although the last one made it 6+ months).

The back of my iphone is completely shattered. If you want to shatter your phone, this is the perfect case for you.
