||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm really not sure who this was made for. Fan service for elementary school kids, maybe? It self-censors with original US TV Dragonball level of cover objects, despite a TV-MA rating (which, for the life of me, I can't figure out how this is above TV-14). The animation is ok, but the story is trite, and if you're looking for anything remotely risque, keep looking.
