The box had been opened and taped shut. Faceplate was all scratched up the remote was missing. Didn't know your company was like that. Sending used products when people pay for band new products... It was okay at first. Amost a year in and it's garbage. First thing the sound quality from it was never anything better then average. the biggest thing that drew me in for this radio was the features. Which most are lacking at. The second thing the android apps for this are garbage if you want to use the maps on your phone...you can't you have to download there app which is again garbage and in the end doesn't work. Third after the most recent Android up date (pie Version 9.0.0) the whole radio we to sh#t. Things it used to be able to do with my phone are hard for it to achieve. I checked the kenwood website sure enough there was a update that I hadn't installed. So I went to download it and install it on the radio. And sure enough the problem is worse the. It was before the up date. The best part about this I thought this might be android screwing with everything tried my phone in a buddies car with a pioneer not a problem. Sound quality is amazing go back to my stereo and it's sh#t. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS STEREO!!! also for no reason at all the setero freezes up locking you out of everything. Then something clicks and suddenly the volume is all the way up and your now listening to static at full blast. Or you can do what I do now and shut the car off and open the door

Radio started trying to eject a cd and radio wouldn't function. I've never put a cd in the radio. Tried resetting unit per the rep at Kenwood and that didn't work. Geek squad ordered part that Kenwood recommended. Still didn't fix problem. Exchanged for a new unit. New unit did the same thing.

This was a great head unit until it died. Then I switched back to pioneer.

This deck is trash. I've bought two of them now, and both have had the same problem. I had hoped that Kenwood had fixed the issue, but that's clearly not the case. If you're using bluetooth to connect Spotify to the radio, which is advertised as an option, and is available in the settings, the connection is sporadic at best. The bluetooth in general is horrible. If you plug an iPhone into the deck, it basically refuses to use spotify and always tries to play your apple music, in alphabetical order, starting with the first song, every time the deck boots.

says navigation and audio video, after reading through the manual and not finding the navigation I went back to the store and was told it has none.

Found this product to be a big disappointment. The operating system is very clumsy and has a delay in touch response. Currently my product is not functional after 6 months. Keeps trying to eject a CD/DVD. Wish I would of bought the warranty from Best Buy. Having to take the issue up with the vendor via the 1 year warranty. You get what you pay for and in this stereo it shows... :(

The display is VERY dim, nowhere near as bright as shown on box or in ads; almost impossible to see during daytime. A couple of weeks after getting it I am having a problem with the touch screen not working and with it jumping around from one thing to another randomly; it's like it's haunted.

As soon as it was installed I found that the display was so dim it wasn't visible during the day time. After a couple of months the display started going nuts; randomly switching from one thing to another like a strobe light and now the touch screen won't work 1/2 the time.

The radio is junk, Constantly disconnects from Bluetooth streaming music. Cuts in and out.

radio performance not up to expectations locks up on bluetooth,screen freezes

The buttons don't work right. You turn it up and it turns down, you turn it down and it turns up, also keeps disconnecting from my bluetooth. Dont buy.

would not mess with factory connection ports, would not bluetooth with my MP3, plain blue screen when aux. cable connected

Terrible. Shuts off, kills battery, can't read it during day, sounds terrible, took 3 days Install, It all sucks

Exchanged for new model never got to try it out other one is good

Regret wasting money on this device. Very glitchy and cheap.

Inconsistent touch screen, ipod freezes - have to shut off unit to restart, Bluetooth almost impossible to connect, AM band has poor reception, fades in and out. Unit is less than 2 years old and now won't turn on
