I'm loving it daily! Sounds great & crystal clear.

I was given this model to replace my defective KDC-BT852HD. As read in earlier reviews, the face is difficult to view in daylight. Also, the old model would revert to nice size clock for viewing. Clock now is very small and almost impossible to read. If radio is turned off a larger clock is displayed. Nice addition is preset keys but hard also to identify. I accepted this model as it was the only one offered to match my old features including HD radio. This unit doesn't require pushing the knob side to side which obviously caused a lot of problems leading to a design change. Still more complicated than it needs to be.

This little stereo was purchased for my daughter's Toyota Matrix to replace her factory stereo. It has so many features for the price, you can't go wrong! We had it installed by the Geek Squad and that was money well spent. We rec'd $40 off on install during a promotion when we purchased the stereo. Bluetooth, an aux jack, a USB and a CD player...so great. ONE THING to be warned; it's Sirius ready but you need to spend more money on the Sirius receiver (hidden in dash) before you can connect to SiriusXM. That was an additional cost we weren't expecting (price shop online because Best Buy will match)

Installation was straight forward. The stereo was a huge improvement over the other brand unit I installed earlier. The Hands free feature is a bonus.

The Best buy Sales Rep was very helpful. He let me know how to get receipt which included purchase of the radio and purchase of installation and give it to my son so he could have this done when he returned home which is in another state.

Paying extra for the HD radio was not worth it. Not a lot of stations out there broadcasting on multiple channels. Also the HD channels will fade in and out and you have to wait for the HD signal to sync again. You can turn off the HD radio in the settings if you like.

I purchased this stereo due to the number of features present, BT, USB, HD Radio and have been please with the sound quality. My only complaint is that the display is so dim that in bright light conditions (like daytime driving :-) it is virtually impossible to read. I checked for a software update for it and applied one and it seemed to help although there was nothing specific about that listed.

This head unit will modernize you're stereo without sacrificing user friendliness.

I was looking for a quiality radio unit with all the options thats available out there and this was the best choice i could make. It is a great unit and works great. Fit in my car perfectly and works very well. Bluetooth picks up phone right away. Usb works great. I strongly recomend this unit to evryone who doesnt want to spend too much money and still get a quality product

The Bluetooth feature is the reason I purchased this stereo. It works works great and like the ability to talk on the phone hands free.

My year 2000 GMC truck finally needed the radio and speakers replaced (they failed after 15 years --- not bad!) I went to best buy and spoke with a couple of folks there. And then the installer came out and helped me make my final choice. Very happy with this deck. Why? 1. Safety --- it has Siri integration so I don't have to take my hands off the road. If you want directions you must start the maps first before driving. Once driving it will not open the app for you while driving ---- and will tell you so as you are driving. So --- start your maps first. 2. Features --- Siri, iHeart, Pandora, AUX, USB port, Bluetooth for other devices too besides Apple, HD radio and CD (with a closure so the dust stays out of the player. The USB port also has a clear cover. 3. Easy to operate. Best Buy showed me how to use the main features in about 10 minutes. Easy to remember. 4. Paired with Pioneer and JBL speakers and added Ballistic Hollow Point Series padding to dampen vibrations. Yes --- it works great! And it even reduced some noise from the road. Quite nice :) Speakers sound great (and I had to reduce the bass in the deck a bit as it was WAY too much base to begin with). I couldn't be happier that my truck is now modern as a new car in terms of having hands free for phone and text and just to ask Siri to play whatever music I want from the Apple Music app. I could add the satellite kit (it is satellite ready already) --- but I have the Sirius XM app on my phone --- which is fine since my cell plan is unlimited :)

This is a great deck. Bluetooth connection to music playing is less then 15 seconds.
