Just had the unit installed this morning along with four new Kicker speakers! I really wanted to keep my CD player . My car is 05 so no navigation and I have IPhone 14 so Apple Car play is a must ! This unit fits perfectly in dash! Very Satisfied

I love this head unit. I was a bit skeptical at first when I received a bad one, however Best Buy was quick to help me replace it and get a working one. The customer support from best buy for this product was amazing. Ive had the unit for about 2 months at this point and everything about it is great. The Andriod auto is flawless and the audio is crisp. The unit really improved the sound coming out of my speakers. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a head unit

love the stereo - it does everything I need it to do, There is a definite learning curve with it and the "quick start" guide leaves a bit to be desired - prepare to spend a bit of time learning everything this will do. Sound is awesome, having a CD player again is a nice bonus, the screen is big enough to see easily and really nice

For the price, it's a nice unit. I'd read reviews where the time on the radio keeps changing. That's an easy fix, you have to just turn off the RDS CT. (Under settings when in the radio function). My only gripe with the unit, hence why only 4 stars, is there's pretty significant glare on the glass, but honestly at this price point it's not a huge issue. The sound is much better than the original head unit I took out from my truck.

This Kenwood stereo with Apple Carplay is great. I had been toying with getting one for a long time and super glad I pulled the trigger on this one. Fantastic upgrade for my 2011 Sienna. Tired of all the cords all over the place, and this gets it down to just one. It’s pretty easy to navigate to the various apps. Changing the clock from daylight savings time required the manual, but most other settings are real easy. There is a nice setting that allows preset graphic equalizer settings for certain types of music.

This is the best radio I’ve ever owned! I wish they put more time into the menu outside of CarPlay, but between that and the options for sound output, I love it!

Really liking my Kenwood DVD touchscreen receiver. Preset with Android-Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Sirius XM, the JVCKenwood ROCKS! Geek Squad installed along with a world class Backup Camera, my 11 y/o ride feels and works like a new 2024 auto. TYVM, Best Buy!

Sounds great, we had a stock radio in our 2000 Ford E350 so this is an awesome upgrade. We haven’t used many features yet, but so far we love it. The installation was very good and it looks perfect in our van, very happy.

Great gift. It took a little bit to get everything working right. But it works great now.

I’m still learning how to operate and am experiencing a few bugs. The most irritating is the phone calls keep disconnecting from CarPlay and I have to grab my phone to continue with the call. I am currently researching fixes for this problem

Works good easy to operate and to figure out. Installer set up everything for me before even picking up my truck. Also helped me make sure my apple carplay connected

For the price it has amazing quality. It is very easy to use and figuring everything out is a breeze. Great functions built in and very happy.

I replaced the media unit in my 2018 RAV 4 and am very happy with this purchase. Having Car Play has made it so much easier to be hands free while driving. I purchased an open box unit and saved so much and installation was included in the purchase!

I was informed that it was going to take 3 hours for installation which was not an issue. I didn't have to have a ride, there was a table and some chairs that I was able to sit. The young man was very nice, helpful and explained the mechanics of my new car stereo with a back up camera. Thank you all at Best Buy!!

great sound, excellent features. My only "wish" would be that all features, including apple car play would be wireless, but overall excellent

It's your average smart radio or whatever you call it great sound brings the best out of my factory speakers but really wish it was fully Bluetooth android auto only works when connected to the usb that is only connected to the radio and with the lcd screen the images and icons is not a sharp look but in all it's get the job done
