Was hoping for better sound in my 10th Gen Honda Civic SI, but I wasted my time. No wonder they're only $40 at full price. Buy if you absolutely need speakers. Do not buy if you're expecting better sound.

False advertised

Not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros:Good sensitivity, ok mids, good treble. Cons: No bass, no mid bass, no upper bass. Sounded like they had bass blockers built in. Sounded stuffy and plugged up like when people have a cold. Scosche 6.5" speakers sound way better, albeit quieter due to lower sensitivity. These speakers are fine if you have a big sub hooked up and need 0 low end from your speakers. I'd recommend something else.

Horrible sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible I understand I am still using my stock radio to my 2016 Kia Soul but I had to replace my 6"1/2 door speaker that was a kicker speaker but at the time I was trying to shop on a somewhat budget and this speaker just plain out sounds like crap.

PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET

THE STOCK SPEAKERS WERE HORRIBLE SO I UPGRADED AND GOT THESE. TURNS OUT THESE HAVE NO BASS WHATS SO EVER BUT THE TREBLE IS FINE. GOING TO RETURN THEM ASAP.

I got them to replace lousy factory paper speakers, and somehow these are even worse. The only conceivable reason to get these would be if your speakers are completely blown and you don't even care about music.

Worse than stock!
