We loved it until it started having random issues. We've been using vinegar and water to descale...I finally bought Keurig's descaling liquid thinking maybe that would help. I just realized the directions on the descaler and their Manuel make no sense....The descaler is over $9 a bottle and it's recommended you use it every 3 months. I'm thinking for this machine we would atleast need 2 bottles of this every 3 months. Frustrating!
