    The carafe leaked coffee every time I poured a cup. I was very disappointed in Keurig and I returned it to the store for a refund and bought a Cusinart.

    We purchased a Keurig K Duo Special Edition on January 1, 2023. The device stopped brewing anything as of October 2024. We called Keurig support and even the Keurig support agent was unsuccessful with troubleshooting this with us. They offered a 25% discount on a new machine, then we talked with a supervisor and they offered 50% off a new one. We don’t want to spend any money on a product that is going to break in less than 2 years. I will never purchase from this company again, it’s unfortunate.

    For thr price,i just considered it junk. Just a bunch if plastic, just felt cheap. And didn't make that great of coffee either. Bought a Delonghi and that has surpassed my expectations. The BOLD feature.. excellent!! Worth the money more than the Keurig in my opinion.

    Great concept, poor design. Kcup works as expected, but the full carafe is sub par. Not very hot. Definitely brews too fast from a very small spout. No option for strong on the carafe. Coffee brews very weak! Returning this item today!

    Defected carafe

    Do not get. The carafe leaks after a few weeks of use. Keurig sent me two replacements, same thing. Multiple other reports on Keurig website of same thing. Seems to be a huge defect. Also, cannot brew strong on the pot, only individual servings. Which, I brew the pot daily and prefer strong coffee. So, if you don't want to be cleaning up spilled coffee on the counter everytime you pour a c up, do not get.

    Keurig - K Duo SE coffemaker

    I use the Keurig- K Duo SE daily for both carafe and single serve brewing. I use the auto function for 5 AM CST brewing and at least one single serve each day. Coffee flavor is great and brews carafe in about 10 minutes and single serve in less than 2 minutes.

    Doesn’t brew 12 cups

    It does not make a full 12 cups of coffee. When it’s done brewing it’s about 10 cups no matter how much water you put in reservoir. I like all te features but I need a 12 cup coffee maker.

    If you want to be a tecurring customer to kurig year after year, then proceed with purchase. This is my now third kurig machine in the last 5 years. Same problem eachtime roight around the year and a half mark of ownership. We descale it one every other month only for the descale light to stay on and it not brew fully after. Very frustrating to go through year after year.

    Worst ever did not last 1yr. I have owned 3 other kurigs with no issues. Very disappointed, i use distilled water. Now it wont brew anything. I thought kurig was a good brand based on my other 2 i have owned

    Dose not even have just one coffee filter to try, sorry returning, they used to have few K-Cups for trying purpuse, nothing in the box but a cheep meterial unit. Like a toy.

    This is worst coffee maker I have ever bought! It is so hard to get it turned on to make a pot that I am going to return it to the store. The k cup portion is fine.
