We appreciate that one reservoir supplies both the pot and single cup unlike our old one that required filling a separate reservoir for each function. Easy to clean. Only complaint is that longer fingernails make it more difficult to flip open the lid on the pot.

This machine is quiet and is wonderfully designed to make an awesome cup of coffee. We have been using the original Keurig for the last 6-7 years. The coffee that this new machine produces is MUCH better tasting, stronger and of wayyyyy better quality! I love that the water resevoir has a filter for the water. We are VERY pleased with this purchase!

I tried pouring slower, but it was still making a mess. I contacted Keurig directly and they sent me a new one with no hassle. It works fine.
