Also I hate coffee grounds. Most people do not know that the best results come from manually pushing the cups down to their rims so there is a snap noise, tight fit increases efficiency and taste, Has button for extra strength which also helps.

Its been received very well by someone who has used an older model Keurig for 8 years.

Great coffee maker

Had a little trouble setting the times and had to call Keurig but a couple minutes after that I was brewing like a champ
