Terrible! Lasted 3 months before it just quit working. It would turn itself off in the middle of a brew, and waste a pod. Then quit working all together. Keurig needs to do better. This was my 5th keurig coffee maker that quit working. I’m done with the Keurig name

So far so good! Very easy to use, have not had any leak issues like the other model that I had purchased. It is a bit loud, but it is quick and you get used to it.

Just replaced an 8 year old Keurig that burned out when doing a descaling. It was absolute least inexpensive, no frills model so we were satisfied with the 8 or 9 years of service (naturally, 20 years would have been nice). We chose this one for 2 features; a water reservoir and 12 oz brew size. We are satisfied with this so far. Turns out the "strong" setting is actually useful. I assumed it would not make much difference but it does. My wife likes weaker coffee. I like mine strong. Only concern is the gurgling sounds while brewing. Hopeful this is not a warning that the machine is defective, but it works great.

This is an excellent coffee maker! You can make a fresh cup in seconds. The water tank holds enough for a couple of days of coffee for the two of us. You can find pods for it in grocery stores and on line that contain almost any type of coffee you like. We enjoy the Italian coffees we drink when we are traveling in Italy, and they are readily available. You can choose cup size and strength of you coffee very easily.

I have had my old Keurig since 2012.. and have loved it! Recently, it began to fail, and I found my Elite Keurig on Best Buy, on a great sale..the reservoir holds 75 ounces, and that's a great feature! Also, the cup sizes! Brews great coffee! I bought the water filter attachment and plan to keep it updated..and find myself even drinking coffee at night! I am so happy with my new Keurig!

My other Keurig stopped working so I went hunting for a new one. I found this one on sale for what it would cost me to buy one with a lot fewer options so I grabbed it. It makes a super hot but tasty cup of coffee. Has the option to make it strong or regular. Has lots of cup sizes. Overall a great machine.

This Keurig is by far my favorite. I’ve had many models over the years, with the last one much smaller. I thought I would get used to it, but refilling the tank daily was annoying. This one has a very large water reservoir and so many functions including iced coffee! The quality of this Keurig is far superior to other models.
