Easy to set up. Easy to use. I use this every morning to drink some coffee before going into work. A bit loud but I wouldn't expect less from a coffee maker, especially a keurig.

With fears like iced coffee, this is a real step above our previous Keurig

I always wanted a keurig. It was in my budget and very easy to used. I am always on the go. Waking up early in the Am, just push one little button and just like that I get me a cup of coffee ready. I love it

I absolutely love my coffee in the morning and afternoon. I wish I can cool the coffee as it suppose to make cold coffee..but its not that cold. Not recommend for ice coffee. Its quick product that makes coffee instantly.

We had an another Keurig for over 10 years and it was time for a new one! This one has a bigger water so we don't have to refill it as often. When it's on sale is best time to get it!

Heating water before making coffee is nice. Choosing cup size is new for me too. Nice and neat looking.

I love this coffee maker I use it everyday. My only complaint is that I had purchased one, two years ago but it died, truthfully I can’t say it was because of the coffee maker, because I had some power failures and that could’ve done it. But I did go and buy the same coffee maker again

It’s so much easier having my Keurig-K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker. I can even just get hot water to make some hot tea. It’s awesome not having to wait so long for my morning cup of coffee.

I’m very happy with my purchase. Brews coffee well. It’s a lot quieter than my last Keurig.

Our old Keurig stopped working after 5 years. This new model has many more options to make different cup sizes, etc. The feature II like best it allows you to select to made your coffee stronger.

I had a older Keurig and this upgraded model is a whole lot better, shuts off by itself has a option for iced coffee and stronger blend. I caught it on sale which was a excellent buy.

My old machine (different brand) started leaking after a few years so I just purchased this Keurig. We LOVE it. Easy to use and set up. We like the features too, e.g. setting water temperature to a max of 192 degrees, auto on and off with some variable intervals (we only use the auto off feature of this duo), various cup capacities, and more. I use the San Francisco pods with it with no problems. My wife grinds her own coffee beans and brews with this machine using the adapter. Get it and don't look back
