Love this Keurig. It’s a great gift idea! Love the hot water and iced coffee features.!

Similar to the other 3 Keurig machines that I owned and operates (while new) as expected. This is my 4th machine in the last 6-7 years. I use it 1-2x a day and the others failed with normal consistent use and error messages to ‘descale’ would start to show up everyday. Yes; I would perform the descaling/cleaning function when prompted and also under the direction of phone customer service but it never seemed to clear the problem for an extended period of time. I get tired of this and replace the machine. Still love the product and take my coffee black so regardless of having to replace the machine every 2 yrs or so I still save money vs picking up a Starbucks. Does not earn 5 stars for simple reason that this is my 4th machine and it doesn’t sustain performance.

Water heats up quickly and it’s much quieter than my old keurig. Modern and sleek.

Much quicker than the smaller version! The larger water reservoir makes for longer time before refill.

This is my second Keurig. The one that died seemed to be a more solid build than this model. It just seems like materials are less quality. Performance is good so far no complaints. The water chamber is awkward shaped and unlike the least device I have to use two hands and pay more attention to get it lined up properly. The controls for setting time/ timer/ etc are not as intuitive as I had hoped and I did have to view the online instructions to sort it out. I like the new “strong” feature as I like dark roast and the stronger the better.

The K-Elite coffee maker works perfectly for us, as busy as we are.

Replaced a 5 plus year old Keurig. Very stylish and easy to use.

Great to have for a family that only needs a cup or two rather than a full pot. Also good for quick hot chocolate.
