The color is delightful and it's really helpful for her to be able to have a cup of coffee ready in like 2 mins when she gets home from work.

Warms up quickly and brews consistently. Only drawback is that reservoir holds less water than unit it replaced, but only brew two cups at a time so not a big deal. Very happy, and hoping to get five years from this unit as well.
