The KEURIG 2.0, which my wife and I purchased, has sharp looking silver handle and side water container. It's so easy to operate; just load a Keurig coffee cup, lift the handle, and pushed the lighted button. Its sleek looking appearance is certainly perfect for any kitchen and to anyone with sensitive taste, which desires perfect hot coffee before school or work. A must have stylish electrical appliance to all with wonderful taste as well.

Classy looking machine that makes my hot coffee, tea, and chocolate every morning. Within about 2 minutes, I can enjoy my favorite hot drink. It's easy to operate, filling it with fresh water is a matter of lifting the tank cover and pouring it. My wife and I are glad to have one.

We enjoyed the kuerig cups for a short while. But found the basic cups a bit on the weak side unless you used 6-8 ounce pours. But we like a nice big cup of joe! 14-16 ounces at least. Using the carafe sized reusable cartridges (amazon) and a wonderful combo of Starbucks ground coffee with espresso grounds mixed in, the mornings are now a cherished event.

We bought the Keurig coffee maker after much consideration having enjoyed our current coffee maker for years. We are so please we made the change and now enjoy fresh, hot coffee anytime the way each one prefers the strength and kind. We also bought the drawer for the pods, a reusable pod, and carafe. We use them all and recommend them.

I've had a lot of coffee makers and Keurigs, but this one is by far the best! I bought the new Keurig Elite and it wasn't as good as this one! The coffee comes out hot and strong! It has tons of features and settings. You can even change the screen colors... I definitely recommend it!

Purchased this machine in addition to my nespresso and I haven't used the nespresso since. Lots of cup sizes to choose from and makes great coffee. What more can I say?!

Love my new Keurig. The color looks so much better in my office than my old black one. The automatic on / off feature is great. It is ready when I get to work and turns off late morning. Other features I love - you can set it to "Strong" and you can set the water temperature. I highly recommend this Keurig.

Love it! Little loud, but not that bad at all. Looks and works great which out weighs the odds of sound.

We use our coffee maker every day and are always pleased with its dependability and easy operation.

NOT RECOMMENDED After few months of usage the 2.4" color touch display malfunction, every couple cups of coffee, lines appear on a screen . Water going from this unit is not really HOT.

Since purchasing this model a few months back, my wife and I have been very pleased with its performance. We usually make 2 x 8-10 oz cup of coffee. The coffee produced tastes very good. We also like the fact that the water reservoir capacity is quite large (70 oz) so that we don't have to refill the water chamber constantly. The digital touch screen menu is very easy to use. To turn the unit OFF, just touch the touch screen ON/OFF icon for a few seconds. To turn the unit ON, just touch the ON/OFF icon with a little pressure on your finger. Please beware that NOT ALL single cup pods will work. We experienced this when trying to make some ice tea one evening. Also the unit may make a loud sound when heating up the water. The Silver/black color look makes the unit look very sharp and pleasing to the eye. Highly recommend this product if you are in the market for Keurig coffee maker. Wanted to give 4.5 stars but system won't allow this.

I'm not a coffee drinker but I bought this for my wife... but I've learned a lot about these things in the last 24hrs Having "drm" in a coffee maker makes me laugh, but it's simple enough to get around - so you can use your non branded k-cups Past that the unit is nice to look at and the touch screen and menu is easy to use, simple to break down and clean It makes a cup of coffee quick (in my case I tried the hot chocolate - it has a setting for those k-cups) and it was pretty darn good If you keep up with regular cleaning and don't slam and abuse the machine you should be fine

Luv this new Keurig. Having a digital display makes it much easier to select brew size. You have choices of several brew sizes which allows you to build your own cup sizes. If I want 14oz, I use this same k-cup and hit 8 and then when done hit 6. Tells when to add water and when to change filter. Easy to clean. Only drawback is the tray cups sits on. Not recessed enough so easy to pull it out when getting coffee.

Awesome color. Great options for family choices. Fits perfectly under cabinets above. Touch screen is nice. Programmable time-off is a plus. Water dispenser lid seems cheaply made for such fine product. Would like to see stronger lid in future products. Does not accept tall travel mugs or sports bottles. Mine is 8in tall and does not fit even with platform removed. Would like to see more space between platform and brew cup to allow for tall items Slightly loud brew but sounds like purring cat; kids think it's funny/cool ;-)

I like my coffe a little on the stronger side and decided to give a Keurig machine a second chance (my first one went back to the store next day) and I am very happy I did. Very easy to set up and use. Love that I can make My Coffee just how I like it. LOVE IT!!!
