    I've had this for about a month now and only complaint so far is it only comes with two different window slide sizes, the window I was using was smaller than average so I had to cut the slide down a bit but it only took it about 10 minutes from opening to installed.

    This AC unit is quite powerful and I love that it has multiple modes and options. The only con is if the humidity in the room gets pretty high (60% or more), it does not seem to work as well.

    This is the 2nd year ive had this AC unit and unless its mid summer its cools down my entire 2bedroom apartment with the help of fans pushing it into the other rooms. Mid summer it still cools down the hole place just not as much, was very pleased with the price and how well it works.
