Good if you like ice cream

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This gizmo makes great ice cream but it’s quite a bit more involved than an old fashioned manual or even an electric ice cream maker. I mean, with the old fashioned kind you could make ice cream on demand and eat it within a short time. This thing requires making a batter, which in itself was confusing, chilling it for at least 12 hours and then the making process. After that it’s the same as the old fashioned ones. I think I would just as soon have the old kind.

Pairs with Professional 500 Series & works great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This ice cream maker pairs perfectly with the KitchenAid KV25G0X* Professional 500 Series sold by Best Buy and works perfectly when you are careful to follow the directions. My daughter is ecstatic -- and I warned her ahead of time to be sure to allow the bowl to come to room temperature and wash it by hand so as not to damage the "blue ice" inside. She's been asking for this for a few years now and is quite happy!
