Too much prep involved

The bowl must be in the freezer for 15 hours prior to making and the ingredients must be refrigerated for 12 hours before making ice cream. It’s more like a weekend project. Not worth all the work for a very small portion of ice cream.

High quality ice cream maker

Best Tasting Ice cream

Not bad

There are easier ways to make ice cream

It requires freezing the bowl for a certain amount of time and no salts. That is a bonus, not having to need salt but it doesn't seem to work as well as a traditional ice cream maker. If you are short on space, I can see it being worth it but generally I would rather just have bought an ice cream maker. It might be me but I haven't really gotten the ice cream to come out the right consistency.
