This is an easy to use ice maker. It was the perfect addition to our Kitchen Aid Tools. Would buy it again. Delivered to the shop within five days.

If you have a KitchenAid stand mixer, this is the accessory for you if you love gelato, ice cream, or sorbet. It is sturdy and easy to use.

The 2-quart capacity makes the Kitchenaid good for small batches. The freeze time for the bucket (8 hours), and chill time for the batter (8 hours), however, requires some forward planning. The traditional motorized ice bucket style may be a better option for those who are more impulsive.

Very easy to use and convenient to go along with the stand mixer. Make sure you plan ahead as you have to freeze the bowl for 15 hours.

I read the reviews first, but decided to go ahead and take the plunge. First batch turned out great. No blue goo yet.

My family chooses not to eat sugar so this is perfect accessory to make ice cream with the appliance we already have. We actually bought 2 so that we can have two bowls. Be careful not to overload the bowl or it can snap the adapter piece. Overall great buy if you love your mixer like we do.

Used this all last summer. Makes great ice cream. Make sure the paddles are turning when you add your ingredients. Many great ice cream recipes in YouTube. Bowl must be frozen to use. I leave it in the freezer when not in use so it is always ready to go .

I love this make a lot of ice cream. Very good for price

This was quite easy to use on the mixer, but the size only allows a certain amount of ice cream. As delicious as this treat was, you simply need to have more. The best thing is you are using fresh fruit, milk/cream, (melted butter too, if desired for the butter pecan). Fresh ingredients cannot be beaten and simple and tasty is the result every time. Glad it is summer!

Using the Kitchenaid Ice Cream attachment was exciting, fun and easy. I used the recipe that came with it and it was better than any icecream you would buy. I took it to work and let a few people try it and I had people that didn't know me asking for some. It's a little time consuming but well worth it.

I use this ice cream maker heavily. I use a simple recipe - 2% milk, heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, and sea salt. You can add any fruits to the mixture. Only downside to this product is the wait time for it to freeze!!!! I keep mine stored in the freezer so it's always ready to use!
