Excellent speakers for the size. 6.5 inch speakers of any brand are not going to blow your socks off for bass but these do come close. These have big magnets and the speakers are built very well. Having a component tweeter versus built in makes them better than the next model up because of better separation. Having both slotted holes and multiple other holes pre-dilled make it so they lined up with no extra drilling needed. You have to be careful putting un the speaker wires because the spade clips are very tight and could bend easily before they go on all the way. Fortunately I was expecting this and was very patient sliding them on until they clipped into the little lock hole. The end of the speaker wire is tinned which makes it easy to solder, crimp, or wire nut with good , clean connection. Its almost like Kicker is the only speaker company that has a clue what self-installers go through and have provided everything you need less some foam which I recommend between the grill and the chassis because these speaker do indeed kick and will make your door panels move to the bass.

WEAK SPEAKERS. DONT SOUND GOOD HOOKED UP TO A KEY AMPLIFIER AND STILL NOT THAT GREAT.

No bass, sounds worse than my stock 2010 Honda speakers. Avoid these if you can.

Didn’t fit and Best Buy wouldn’t take them back. Not happy.

Pretty good speakers. I put them in my 2017 Chevy Cruze and it is definitely an upgrade from the factory speakers. Good bass and sound.

Great speaker for the price point. Replacing factory speakers in 22’ Tacoma with these was a nice upgrade, also when I add an aftermarket amp to the mix, I’m already set!

They sound real nice. Replaced 4 Kenwood 6.5 with these and the sounds on these kickers are great. No more cracking noise. I like them a lot. I recommend them. Nice bass!!!

These replaced the factory speakers in my Kia Soul. I can hear a big improvement (I do have severe hearing loss) since I no longer am overdriving the speakers. My wife, with excellent hearing and a music industry background, raves about the improvement in sound.

They have great sound and bass. They fit well in the old speaker space.

Picked a pair of these up yesterday and installed in my 99 GMC sierra with a 20 year old 200 watt Kenwood amp pushing them and I was blow away at the sound quality! Great bass!
