SOUND GREAT

I had MB Quart in the old car....never liked their "tiny sound". These Kickers rock. I listen to a lot of rap & classic rock. The speakers don't miss a beat. Tweeters sound crystal clear and not "harsh"

Great sound

There is a light humming sound coming from them due to the install with an amp. I am going to have to go back and get that taken care of.

Awesome clarity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had these installed in my Scion TC along with a pair of Kicker KS series 3 way 6x9s and the sound quality is amazing. I have a Kicker KX 400.4 running them and with the gain level at only about 25% they are almost too powerful. I can listen to my music at low volumes and every note is just about perfect. I highly recommend these speakers to anyone interested in hearing the full range of their music.

Massive Difference

I have a 400.4 kicker amp powering them and a separate 1200.1 powering my kicker comp R 12in sub. To say that the sound is amazing is an understatement. Every single note is crisp and clear, the bass is not over powering, although when a heavy bass note drops the speakers apart from my comp R sub definitely deliver a punch.
