Good Sub, Bad Enclosure

I chose this subwoofer because a friend of mine built his subwoofer set with this same kicker subwoofer. He got a seperate, pre-built enclosure for it from bestbuy. The difference in enclosures really changes the sound. The low profile enclosure that comes with this bundle really dulls the sound. Overall, the subwoofer is great, but the enclosure softens up true kick of the kicker subwoofer. I believe you should buy the independant subwoofer and put it in a deeper enclosure.

I think I need to stop by the shop to check and see if my base woofer is working in the back of my vehicle because no sound is coming out of it. ?

Woofer

I think if you spend that money on something it should last more than a year. Best buy would not do anything and I will be contacting the manufacturing company. It is sad he used his birthday money to by this and it breaks...Not happy Sad really really sad...they dont make ting like they use too....
