While its not a great game, if you love the world of kingdom hearts, then this is something you will want to play (if you have not played this previously on the other systems). The original content is not a lot, but like i said, the real fans will want to check this out.

This game is a perfect way to get Kingdom Hearts 3 started. The story line, and the cinematic shows a great story line, and answers questions that were left wondering in KH1 and KH2

I bought this game for my son as a gift. He's been in love with this game series since the very first version of it back on the PS2. He said it was awesome, so I gave it 5 stars.

Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is a collection that consists of a port and HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance (originally released on the Nintendo 3DS), an hour long CG movie titled Kingdom Hearts Unchained X: Backcover, and a prologue to Kingdom Hearts 3 titled Birth By Sleep 0.2. Like all previous Kingdom Hearts games, the two playable games in this collection are action RPGs with amazing music and a charming storyline. For longtime fans of the series, this is an amazing purchase as it contributes to the storyline and allows you the first glimpse of the engine that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be running on.

I've been in love with the series since KH1 and DDD is an amazing addition, especially running at 60fps! The BBS 0.2 is great and is very well planned... love this game so much!

I have never played any of the KH before but i decided to pick up this one because everyone is talking about KH3 coming out soon! I Really enjoyed the combat with RPG elements! If you like RPGs or action / adventure games, you should pick this up!

Its a remake of the 3ds exclusive dream drop distance and its done well, it also has a fragmentary passage which is with aqua and is an extension of birth by sleep which was on the psp as well as back story which is not a game but more like a movie

Loving the remaster of Dream Drop Distance! A game that I'm sure many missed out on since it was only released on 3DS and not consoles. Essential for the Kingdom Hearts fan.

60fps for DDD is amazing. 0.2 BBS ties in great to the overall story of all the games. Love this title and can't wait for KH 1.5 and 2.5 on PS4 for the ultimate collection.

This is the first Kingdom Hearts game I played. Although I wanted to wait for Kingdom Hearts Remix 1.5 and 2.5, I couldn't wait to play this game. I wasn't disappointed.

I had pretty high expectations for the game and I wish it could've lived up to all of them. That being said it's obviously not as good as the original or 2 but it does give you the same feeling. I love the game but don't get your hopes up.

This publish was a nice stopping point along the way to Kingdom Hearts 3, which may be played by my grandchildren at the rate this is going. On a good note this is a good preview to the level of graphics that we will be seeing. Very nice!

If you have played all the other Kingdom Hearts games, you will really enjoy this. If you haven't played the other games, I think you will still have fun, but miss out on some of the context. Now I just have to wait for Kingdom Hearts 3.

This game has a great setup story for KH3, hopefully KH3 is right around the corner. The graphics are amazing and should be a great indicator of how KH3 should be.

If you're a fan of the franchise/series you'll be pleased with 2.8. I order it so I could play on my PS4 Pro I picked up to hold me over until Kingdom Hearts 3!!

This is a long awaited release that is finally out. It's a little different from the original version but it doesn't take long to get used to. I am enjoying it.

fun hack n slash. story is convoluted. do not play for story unless you want to watch a 3 hour video on youtube to break it down for you.

If you enjoy kingdom hearts, then you'll enjoy this game, plain and simple. Going through them again remastered is exactly what I needed while I wait for KH3.

As convoluted as the multiple plot strands can be, I have to give credit to Square Enix for enhancing my overall appreciation for the story as a whole and my anticipation for the final installment in the saga: Kingdom Hearts 3. Though the title is slightly bizarre at first glance, it makes sense as you play through these new and repurposed experiences for the PS4, but I would play through all other entries first before you even begin this one. The standout entry in this compilation would have to be the "fragmentary passage" segment that patches Birth by Sleep, originally designed for the PSP, to the first Kingdom Hearts game. The gameplay style here is supposedly similar to what Square Enix is developing for KH3. It's fluid, fast-paced, and fun. For any KH fan, this is certainly worth owning.
