    The Geek Squad agent did not know the BB product line (HP Slimline) and had to google the computer. I wanted the RAM upgraded because the computer was hopelessly SLOWWWWW. The Geek Squad agent had no idea what RAM card to use and had to google the card. Two 8GB were ordered by him and when the came in he took one look at them and said they were the wrong card. (they were for a laptop) Turns out Best Buy does not support RAM upgrades for the HP Slimline 260-a114 and does not sell RAM cards for it. I ordered two 8GB RAM cards from another source (lower price then the BB ones) received them, plugged them in and the computer is much faster.
