The app is very user friendly, very quick to set up. Love the little carrying case. It is the fastest thermometer ever, which is wonderful when taking temperatures of little ones. I love the little smiley faces on the top of the screen to help determine if the person is running a fever or not.

Comfortable in my mouth, 8 second results, large readout. Easy, fun to use the Kinsa app - lots of helpful info. Purchased 2 more - one for my 2nd home & one to give as a gift

Faulty ON/OFF switch

All the other features are okay. You can automatically record your temperature readings using the APP. If you want a simple no-fuss body thermometer, this is not the right brand for you.
