It is almost replacing the dual ovens I have as it can bake with convection. It also is nice that it has an air frier. I was wanting to add one to the kitchen but did not want to add another appliance to the countertop. the metal finish perfectly matches the stainless steel counters and backsplash that I have, and it looks like it was meant to be there. Our old microwave's open button broke so it was time for something new. This is quite the upgrade. Also I will add the installers did a phenomenal job of getting the old one out and the new one in.

We are able to reduce all the extra applicances on the counter because this microwave does it all! Easy to use and looks great in our space!

Love the toaster option which I’ve used quite frequently for froze. Garlic bread. Still getting used to it all but I love it so far. I am going to try dehydrating sweet potatoes for my dog.

So far it has done what needs to do, but we haven’t tried other features that this can so such as air frying

Turns out, none! They just didn’t add one. Food comes out with hot spots and cold spots, popcorn bags are half popped while also burnt, I have to manually turn the food every 30 seconds, soup boils in tiny spots as it cooks. Additionally, the app requires precise location access to connect to the device, the interface is laggy, and the menu is unintuitive. But hey, I guess it doubles as an air fryer.

It needs a glass dish on the bottom for microwave function. It’s really hard to clean that bottom. I use air fry papers on the rack to help keep it clean.

We them exchanged it for the same type, thinking that we got defective one. Turns out that this one doesn't work properly either! We are returning this microwave and just getting a basic a regular one. It looks very pretty from the outside but all the bells and whistles do not whistle at all!

The air fryer and reheat settings work really well too! The depth dimension allows this unit to install flush with my overhead cabinets and gave my kitchen a more modern aesthetic

I haven't tried the air fryer or toaster oven yet. Although we bought this mid-may, it wasn't delivered and installed until June 8th. And not by Geek Squad. Hmmm, wonder what's going on at Best Buy.
