I loved this refrigerator....except the top left refrigerator door would not stay opened. Every time my wife opened the door and leaned in to the refrigerator the door would close and hit her in the head. Best Buy tech tried to adjust the door but to no avail. We had to return it and get a Samsung Evoke refrigerator which we also love.

A good refrigerator for a apartment like the small ice cubes and and the wine rack this would be a excellent wet bar refrigerator

The refrigerator is definityly made of quality materials, however, for my faily's needs, the upper section did not have enough shelf space. The bottom 2 sections were more than adequate as freezer space. I wish the upper refrigeragtor space had deeper shelves. Unfortunately, I had to return the refrigerator. I uwas excited to mget a 4 door French door refrigerator, which configuration I had withnanother brand, but disappointed in how the space was divided.

Refrigerator is wonderful. Delivery not so much. Refrigerator is NOT LEVEL. It doesn't wobble or rock, but the left door will not stay open on its own - it has to be held when you are trying to remove something. Very inconvenient.

Very nice refrigerator, not very big but is great for organized people- have yet to try zone freezing but pretty confident it'll do the job.

We had this refrigerator for 9 months now. It stopped making ice 3-4 months in, then completely stopped working about a month later. We have been trying to get it repaired under warranty. We are stuck in an endless cycle of 1) wait 2 weeks for a repair guy, 2) repair guy has instructions to call KA “engineer” who doesn’t answer, 3) choose to order parts, 4) parts on back order. Once they do come in, sometimes it hasn’t worked at all, sometimes for a couple weeks. We are now somewhere near 5 months without a refrigerator. They state their warranty is “fix or repair” and they’re obligated to try and fix. The warranty requires mediation, but they refuse to share contact information for their alternative dispute resolution channels. Will NEVER buy another KitchenAid product again.

In less than two weeks, the water dispenser stopped dispensing, the ice maker stopped producing ice, and the food in the deli drawer freezes (we only have about 10 items in the refrigerator). We had to increase the temperature to 40° to prevent the deli meats and cheeses from freezing into a block of ice. Even at 40°, ice crystals still form in the deli drawer. Counter depth refrigerators will sacrifice capacity, but if Kitchenaid would have made this refrigerator the standard 72" tall (vs 69"), it have made a significant improvement in capacity. Now, I have to wait for Whirlpool/Kitchenaid service to rectified the problem, and who knows how long that may take.
