    Very strong toaster. Must be designed for thicker breads and bagels. I use the 2 setting so as not to get my bread burned. Love it!

    I absolutely recommend this. I decided to up my game after buying several cheap toasters over the years. So glad I did. Does bagels, toast, and pop tarts just like should be.

    Very nice toaster for the money. Looks nice and functions great. I really like the shade control knob as opposed to the slide control on my old toaster.

    I like the look of the toaster, as it matches the rest of my Kitchenaid products quite well. The blue LED is a nice touch and the unit beeps when starting so its a little better than a generic toaster. Unfortunately it doesnt always toast evenly on both sides for me. It not a huge issue, but a little disappointing. I would still recommend it for anyone who has other Kitchenaid appliances.

    I read a lot of complaints about how 2 is the highest setting that can be used. 3 and 4 work well for me. Looks great on the counter. I also liked the cord hiding feature. If I absolutely had to complain about anything, I would say that browning is a bit slow.

    So far we love out kitchen toaster, just be careful to not turn the knob past 2 or else your else your food will be torched.
