Good refrigerator but drawers and tracks are made cheap.

Really liked this for the first several weeks. The water is difficult to obtain as the bar must be pushed in at the top versus the bottom where your fingers are holding the glass. The measured fill feature is difficult to gage when you have ice in the glass or the glass is irregular size. Being required to do an extra step of "back" button pressing before being able to top off a glass is bothersome as well. The ice maker has now already failed to refill the holder. Remember, it is just weeks in use. It is also not the quietest motor I have ever heard. The KA dishwasher is already giving us trouble also. Bought the whole kitchen suite for the big bucks they claim to be worth. Nervous, to say the least.

This refrigerator is sleek, easy to organize, and overall the look and function that I was looking for. It's not as deep as what I had before so I am having to get used to that. My kids all come home for somewhat lengthy stays in the summers and at Christmas. I am anxious to see if it will be roomy enough when that happens

really nice fridge keeps everything alot colder than the samsung i replaced it with.

Wednesday, 20th September 2023 We are thoroughly Enjoying Our new KitchenAid - 22.6 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Counter-Depth Refrigerator - Stainless Steel.

Beautiful Refrigerator, Great Sales People at Best Buy... The issue,.... after 7 hour post delivery, I chose to plug in the refrigerator to show my wife what a great job I made on this purchase. As I was pulling the drawers out on the refrigerator side of my side by side, I found that the bottom drawer "on the refrigerator side" would not open, but the drawer above it did. So I took out the drawer above it only to find 2 inches of ice build up?????? I was completely confused, brand new refrigerator, had been in my home for 7 hours unplugged, the water connector for the water/ice still had the factory cap on it. How did water even get into the refrigerator side, much less freeze to solid ice so that it even prevented the bottom drawer from opening. I really loved the Refrigerator, and I didn't mind buying an Out of Box/Display unit, especially at that price point. assuming it was in good order of course. I would buy again, but not at the new price point "In the Box" unit. I exchanged it for another Model.... Shame!

Loads of space - much more usable space than a French door-style in my opinion. Flexible internal layout and useful features that you'll want. Highly recommended!

Excellent! Has plenty of places for storage. All around a great purchase! This fridge is excellent at keeping items cold. It makes copious smallish pyramidal shaped ice cubes that are great for cooling down drinks.

We love the side-by-side. We considered the French Door model but the door hinge geometry on the French Door model required unobstructed door "swing" space. The side-by-side model has a unique hinge geometry that allows the unit to be slightly inset in cabinets or in our case we had a short wall on the left side. This geometry allowed the left door (freezer door) to open a full 90-100 degrees. The French Door left door would have only opened 45-50 degrees.

Doesn’t have some of the bells and whistles as Samsung and LG, but service and part availability seems to be better. It’s also American made by Whirlpool. Side by side doors are more functional, they open very wide. The design and handles are unique and clean design. We’re very pleased, it’s our second one.

The product is great. The installation is still not complete. Also parts are missing from the unit.

I've had this fridge for about 2 months without any issues. Printshield fingerprint resistance is better than the standard unit. It makes fingerprints easy to clean. Some issues with fit and finish with insulation coming out the sides and things not aligning. Double check your unit upon delivery.

Convenient and easy access to all shelves. Interior. lighting is great for finding items.

We purchased this refrigerator and we couldn't be happier. The delivery and installation was great. This counter-depth, side-by-side refrigerator has a great appearance and solid build. We have had it for a couple of weeks and it keeps food fresh or frozen. The icemaker and water dispenser work well.

We needed a new fridge to replace out old one and found an Open Box fridge. It was discounted because of a few dents but it works great. The sales rep was friendly and helpful and the delivery team was on time (wearing their masks) and hooked-up the new unit with no issues. Very satisfied.

BestBuy installers didn't know how unscrew an existing water line so left the new unit in my dining room and never returned. My new wood floors were damaged as a result. I won't be purchasing appliances from BestBuy anymore. KitchenAid fridge costs a lot to maintain. For example, the water filters are $30-40 and need replacing 3 times in less than 12 months. KitchenAid manufacturer's warranty really sucks. It's taken over two months to get replacement parts for a KitchenAide microwave that's less than 9 months old. Pathetic. Will never buy KitchenAid again. Overall experience is quite disappointing. KitchenAid brand does not deserve higher prices... definitely not worth the extra cost.

The open box kitchen aid refrigerator came just as described, no kissing parts! Appliance works well, organized to maximize a great use of space, and very quiet! Matches the other kitchenaid major appliances in my kitchen—same finish and handles. Beautiful!

Great Refrigerator. The only draw back that I see is that the shelves are not adjustable for height. They can be removed.

We love our new refrigerator! The shelves are easy to clean and I appreciate the air freshener it came with. The ice & water dispenser is great!

Excellent fridge ! Have had no issues. There is plenty of space, a wine rack, 3 draws and plenty of door shelf space. The freezer has lots of space and the door water and ice dispenser work great ! Overall I would recommend to anyone.
