Beautiful Refrigerator, Great Sales People at Best Buy... The issue,.... after 7 hour post delivery, I chose to plug in the refrigerator to show my wife what a great job I made on this purchase. As I was pulling the drawers out on the refrigerator side of my side by side, I found that the bottom drawer "on the refrigerator side" would not open, but the drawer above it did. So I took out the drawer above it only to find 2 inches of ice build up?????? I was completely confused, brand new refrigerator, had been in my home for 7 hours unplugged, the water connector for the water/ice still had the factory cap on it. How did water even get into the refrigerator side, much less freeze to solid ice so that it even prevented the bottom drawer from opening. I really loved the Refrigerator, and I didn't mind buying an Out of Box/Display unit, especially at that price point. assuming it was in good order of course. I would buy again, but not at the new price point "In the Box" unit. I exchanged it for another Model.... Shame!

So far so good. Sits flush with our counters and looks great. Produces lots of ice too. If you're looking for counter depth, this is the one. It is loud when it dispenses ice though. Thats it. Doesn't bother us at all. Its not loud making it.

My 'fridge was delivered on 12/31/2020. The water reservoir froze within hours, so there 'fridgewas no water thru the door and no ice. It took the repairman 3 visits over 6 weeks to figure out that this was the problem, and a 4th visit to thaw it. It froze again overnight. While it was working, the icemaker greatly overfilled the ice making tray with water, so it ran all over the inside of the freezer section and froze. Kitchenaid says my 'fridge was shipped without the parts needed to keep the reservoir from freezing. This has happened so often that they have now developed a service bulletin about it, but I guess they want to keep it a secret because they haven't distributed the bulletin. The parts are on indefinite backorder. Meanwhile Kitchenaid is still selling 'fridges, so they either have the parts but don't want to give them to customers, or they don't have the parts and are deliberately selling defective units.

We love our new refrigerator! The shelves are easy to clean and I appreciate the air freshener it came with. The ice & water dispenser is great!

Convenient and easy access to all shelves. Interior. lighting is great for finding items.

I recently moved to a home with a galley kitchen, so I have limited space. I decided to sell my large Frigidaire Gallery & purchase a counter depth. I fell in love with the lighting, details, and the sale price/bonus rewards if I got a Best Buy card, so immediately purchased this one.

had to replace a kitchenaid French door fridge with this counter depth model. I was concerned that I would not like the side by side as much as the french door but this has not been an issue. The fridge efficiently uses the available space and works great.

Great looking fridge but if you look closely, there are potentially big issues. I recently had this Fridge installed and noticed that the casing that covers the perimeter of the ice maker does not sit flush against the door and, as a result, you can the insulation underneath. The big question is was this fridge purposely built this way? If so, very poor design and workmanship.

LG refrigerator died after only 3 years( had another LG appliance fail after 6 mos earlier) so we were looking for a different brand. This KitchenAid filled our needs perfectly. We were not sure about going back to a side by side, but this one has a lot of very useable space.

Great Refrigerator. The only draw back that I see is that the shelves are not adjustable for height. They can be removed.

Nice looking. Had a small dent on the side but when pushed back it is okay. Functional and nice looking

Since it's a counter depth refrigerator, you'd think that they would know that the sides will be visible and would be stainless steel but no, they're some sort of grey plastic- ugly. Other than that, it works fine.

Great looking refrigerator! Buying a new refrigerator can be confusing. Our knowledgeable and kind salesperson took the time to advise us on an excellent product that fit our exact measurements.

Nice, for the most part. The door squeaks quite loudly when opening or closing. The drawers are a little flimsy and could be a better quality. As for the over-all quality, so far, so goos.

Really awesome product and keeps my food cold. And the delivery people were on time and very nice.

Excellent buy. Replaced our old Bosch side by side and this one is much better. Twice as much space and works great.

I purchased this off the floor open box for $300 less than regular price. I was skeptical but everything appears to be functioning great so far. In fact i have no complaints to speak of. Fingers crossed.

Sleek, beautiful, great storage, compliments other appliances in the home. Wine rack is a neat feature. Kitchen Aid, a name I can trust.
