BUYER BEWARE. I bought this 14 months ago from Best Buy (just out of warranty) - the entire ice maker is now rusting and leaking down the front rusting the refrigerator. The entire bottom of the fridge is rusted. DO NOT BUY THIS. I have to buy an entire new fridge or try to repair for $500.

This was an open box. Overall a nice unit for the cost. A few minor dings on the unit itself, but it works. Wine rack doesn't sit right.

Recommend this fridge. Went with this brand because we need this fridge to last decades like our previous Kenmore which lasted 30 years. We got the Geeksquad just in case! Cold, bright, drop off service did their job taking it a flight of stairs during this covid nonsense. Overall, great refrigerator.

The foam insulation was coming out from under and around the door hardware, the refrigerator drawers do not slide very well. The counterdepth is nice, very nice looking. The water getting sucked into the freezer to make ice is very loud. With minimal items, my top shelf liquids such as OJ and milk had ice in them.

Very nice refrigerator keeping fresh all the foods . I recommend for my friends get kitchen Aid refrigerator for sure.

I purchased this fridge in Feb/Mar 2020 and the condenser has frozen over in the fridge area 3 times already (in 2020). I have had to have it fixed 3 times. Each time it freezes the fridge portion of it stops cooling (the freezer is fine). It’s frustrating because if I don’t catch it in time food spoils. This is not something I should have to do frequently, especially for the money I spent on this. I would not recommend this fridge.

This Kitchen Aid 22.6 cu, side by side counter depth, model: KRSC703HPS, is faulty. Do not buy. We have had it less than 6 months and already ice is forming behind the 2 drawers in the refrigerator even though we have both freezer and fridge at the recommended temp. So because we only have mfg warranty we have a Kitchen Aid hassle to contend with. I have since read others have similar problems .

Bought as an open box item. The store said it’s doesn’t come with a manual which is fine. Brought its home and used for a couple week and find out there was a missing shelf on the door.

I highly valued kitchen aid products however, this refrigerator was a big disappointment. Best Buy was great working with me to exchange the refrigerator. I’m looking forward to getting Samsung 4 door refrigerator.

The fruit boxes are really easy to brake. And the slide drawers wont slide smoothly. Ice maker not the best quality neither.

Good but refrigerator side storage of food cramped but was highly recommended by kitchenaid repair tech.

this item came damaged directly out of the package off the truck. was not damaged by delivery personnel.

I bought this fridge to replace a Whirlpool Gold with same dimensions and features that finally croaked (and had its own problems with dispensing ice for years). This model was one of only a few options that were as tall (most other models ~3” shorter) and I didn’t want a gap above the fridge and the custom cabinets. Also, very few refrigerators now come with measure fill (use daily, filtered water for cooking) and a meat/cheese drawer for some reason. This Kitchen Aid has all the features. I’ve had for about 6 month so far and here’s my take. Cooling is even. Lights are abundant and bright. Storage capacity is adequate and better layout in freezer than my previous fridge. Measured fill is finicky. I’ve had to recalibrate it too many times, mostly dispensing too much water (call for 3/4 cup and get 1 cup or more). This has seemed to improve and I haven’t had to recalibrate recently. Another issue with measured fill is less preset cups volumes available (no 1/3, 2/3 cup), can go to ounces and get close. On my previous fridge I was able to rotate out the measured fill spout to easily fill pots or larger containers. No so on this fridge so getting a larger pot close enough is a challenge and if not paying attention miss and get water all over the place. Also, water seems to splash out of cups easily for some reasons. Only a few drops. Wife uses smaller containers to fill and the carry the water to the larger pot. Ice maker makes ice fast but when dispensing shoots little chips of ice all over the place (and not when on crushed ice mode). I was hoping ice holder would not be in the freezer door to avoid the failure I had with the Whirlpool Gold, but that’s the way it’s engineered and had to live with it. Hopefully ice won’t melt, drip down to the dispenser, refreeze and burn out the motor as the fridge ages. So weighing all the features I wanted this model was my best option. Time will tell if the ice dispenser motor fails or the repeated opening /closing of the freezer door causes issues with either the water line and/or wiring harness that runs through there (a reported problem from many Kitchen Aid refrigerator owners). So far so good. Kudos to Best Buy for having in-stock and getting delivered quickly. I had ordered from Lowes and waited almost 10 months for them to get from factory before giving up on them and seeing if someone else could actually get me the fridge. Ordered on a Sunday and installed the following Thursday. Wasted so many months for Lowes to keep telling me it was being manufactured and would be coming only to have that date moved again when the time came and passed.

After a terrible Samsung fridge, this one is a breath of fresh air. The counter depth is perfect, the doors kind of fold in on themselves so they don’t bump the counter or wall when open. The doors seal like a vault when you close them. The ice maker works like a champ! The black stainless finish is truly fingerprint free! We even tried to leave prints and couldn’t! The interior lighting is really cool! We had to adjust the doors to get the handles level, drawers could be higher quality and their was a delivery issue, but those are minor compared to all the great things!

We love the fingerprint resistant finish and the cafe-style handles. It runs quietly, cools well, makes ice quickly, is well-lit and we like the measured water dispenser. The only drawback is the smallish capacity of the refrigerator side, even for a counter-depth model. We knew the overall size is smaller than the Whirlpool counter-depth model we owned previously but the refrigerator side is considerably smaller; the freezer seems to be about the same capacity (but I have not compared actual numbers).

This fridge has been great. It looks good in my kitchen and matches my other KA appliances. The one and only thing I don’t like is the drawers don’t have a very smooth or solid feel to them. For a pretty decent expense I was hoping for a more durable feel to the drawers. The fresh produce and air filters have worked like a charm
