I have been pleased with this dishwasher so far. I've had it for over 6 months and it's still doing well. It's extremely quiet and the 3rd rack does come in handy.

A great dishwasher that does not disappoint; easy to adjust to dishes and does a good job. The only glitch was a stickier installation without super clear instructions regarding attaching to cupboards.

This thing is super quiet, never causes a fuss, and I like that you can add dishes in the middle of a wash cycle without getting a giant puddle on the floor.

We have had our washer for over a month now. Extremely quiet and cleans very well. Such an upgrade from our last which came in one of those appliance kits. This is hands down the best one.

Very quiet when running. The adjustable rack is handy when washing taller items. Silverware tray is a nice option. Dishes are not as dry as I would like, improvement to dry stage would be a plus.

This is an ok dishwasher that falls short in a couple of areas. First, compared to my 10 year old Kitchenaid that it replaced, it seems to hold less overall. It feels like we need to run it 1-2 times more per week as a result. Second, the layout of the bottom rack is more rigid and less able to accommodate chunkier dinner plates or larger size items. Third, although the bottom rack has its own metal glide that may be sturdier than competing designs, both the top and bottom racks sound loud when pulling and pushing them in (definitely not a quiet, "satin" glide). Fourth, the squared off pull handle sticks out further and seems like a step back in design compared to my earlier dishwasher's sleeker, crescent-shaped handle. That said, I got it for a good price and it washes the dishes fine, so all in all it's average in my book.

Love this dishwasher! I was a little concerned with the price but it is extremely quiet. It cleans my casserole dishes and leaves our dishes so clean.

I replaced a 9+ year old dishwasher with this KitchenAid one. I had seen that Consumer Reports rated a KitchenAid model highly, but Best Buy did not have that exact one. The salesperson ran a comparison of that one and this model and explained that this was a newer model that had the additional feature of the third rack on top, which I liked, so I went with it. After going through the whole purchase process, it turns out the item of not in stock, and the first available installation date once it would be back in stock was almost a month away. Good thing my old dishwasher was still mostly functional! The Best Buy installers quickly installed it and showed me the features. It is definitely quiet, but not silent as other reviews imply. You can definitely hear the water running in it if you are in the kitchen. However, it is much better soundproofed than my old dishwasher. The adjustable middle rack is a nice feature, although I have to keep it in the upper position since my dinner plates, which are standard sized, would not fit with on the bottom rack if the top rack is in the lower positions. The 3rd rack on top is nice for utensils and lids. The door on this stainless steel model is quite heavy and solid. The handle has a diamond-etched design to it, which camouflages fingerprints. The cutlery rack is large, but the slots in it are too small for forks to be inserted with the tines down. Just be careful unloading since the tines will have to be pointed up at you! You can remove the lid of the cutlery rack to wash them tines down, but then all the utensils could end up nested with each other. The heating element gets very hot. I ran a regular cycle one morning, and about six hours later, when I opened the door, it was still noticeably warm inside. Despite that, there was still some water on the plastic items, and especially on the items in the 3rd rack on top. The true test was a glass that had white spots from tap water deposits. It came out about 50% better than my old dishwasher, but still needed some elbow grease to get out some of the spots. Overall, I am very happy with this dishwasher.

Self installation is reasonably easy if there are no plumbing or wiring changes. Installation instructions are somewhat jumbled, and placement of the electrical box is not clear-- it is hard to position it after connecting the wires. Controls are non-intuitive; heat drying is sometimes default, but not for express wash; canceling a cycle always involves a drain step, and starting/restarting a cycle requires two commands while our old dishwasher took none for adding a dish and a single button push to cancel. Cycles are long, but cleaning is effective. Drying with the heat cycle doesn't always dry everything. Very quiet. No major issues, just minor quibbles. So far, so good.

This dishwasher is amazingly quiet. The handle is excessively large and sticks out too far. There are more rack options than are necessary. Stainless steel shows every fingerprint and water mark!

I don't know much about decibels, but I know when I push start on this dishwasher, I can't hear a thing. Not a peep. If you're like me, and run your dishwasher at night, you get the blue light special to see it run. When it finishes, the light illuminates white. And it is BRIGHT! I walk into my dark kitchen and it looks like the moon is glowing. Very cool. Biggest CON: I cannot figure out an optimal way to load this washer. I've tried every way, nook and cranny and I just can't seem to get i as organized as my old rusty trusty GE. I still love the stainless steel and the quietness, but that is the biggest drawback.

This machine holds a lot of dirty dishes and does a great job of cleaning. The only problem I have is that I cannot hear in running. I wanted quiet and I got quiet.

To get here I have a long dishwasher story, not for here. So, it looks great, and SO quiet! I have not pulled out a dirty item after washing and it dries good. So, I like it!

Excellent dishwasher. It does a great job cleaning and is amazingly, ridiculously, super quiet. The 3rd row rack has been surprisingly useful. I'm very impressed by this product.

It cleans so well that I've put items in that haven't been so shiny and spotless in years. It is super quiet so much so that I have to even wonder if it's still running. Amazing so far!

Hesitated between Bosh and Kitchenaid, and chose this one because of more efficient drying and debris filter. Did not regret, works great. Very quiet and feels very solid.

This dishwasher is Ultra quiet, cleans and sanitizes and we could not be happier. Add the open box discount on a new product and BAM! $500 bucks well spent! 100% SATISFIED!

Had owned a Bosch in my past and always loved it. This dishwasher is a step up from that. It adds heated drying. I never have an issue getting clean, dry dishes. Make sure you keep the rinse aid filled and use the Cascade platinum brand. It does make a difference!
