This dishwasher is great because it cleans well and it's quiet. I really like the slots for silverware because it doesn't allow them to stick together and stay dirty.

This dishwasher is super quiet! We can barely hear it, even when we are in the kitchen. It washes well, and the third rack is great for lids and large utensils.

The dishwasher was great but the install was kind of a mess. The ppl who delivered it left a part on the truck so when the other person installed it they had to get the guy to bring the part out and he didn't realize it until he was almost done so the install to about 3 1/2-4 hours.

The dishwasher has been working well. It cleans well and dries the dishes fairly well. It is very quiet. The dish racks are large and well-designed.

Researched and re-researched dishwashers before this purchase. Narrowed decision down to three brands, then to two brands, then to this KitchenAid. I like the third drawer--great place to hold the large deviled egg platter! Wanted quiet operations--achieved! This d/w is very quiet. The feature that finally sold me was the bottom drawer--on most d/w, there are plastic rollers for that drawer. They can "roll off" the track and the drawer gets skewed. On this KitchenAid, the bottom drawer has ball bearings! Drawer will STAY on track. Done--I am sold.
