We wanted a quiet dishwasher. After reviewing other online reviews we decided on this dishwasher. I wanted to have the top slide out flatware tray , the options for glasses in the glass rack, etc - this one had it all. This dishwasher at 39 decibels, is amazingly quiet - virtually all you hear is the quiet trickle of water as it drains through the kitchen plumbing! Really got exactly what we were looking for!

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever heard (or should I say not heard!) I love the utensil holder and the tray for flat items that have a tendency to fall through the racks. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

This is so quiet, I use it all the time. I used to schedule running the dishwasher when we were out of the main living areas, but now I run it whenever it needs it. The top rack for silverware took some getting used to.

So far so good. I had to double check to make sure it was turned on and running, it is that quiet. A big seller for me since our kitchen area is very open and noise factor matters. A little on the expensive side.

Very very satisfied with my purchase. The salesman was able to answer all of my questions. Follow up phone call from salesman was great. I would not hesitate to come to Best Buy for any future appliance purchases.

Looks goods - sounds good. No issues so far, only been 10 days.

I like the dishwasher very much. Does an outstanding job of cleaning dishes. My only complaint is it takes a very long time for the wash. Best if you do the run at night as its so quiet that it is not a problem.

KitchenAid products are highly rated and I can see why. Low noise level and complete cleaning action makes this unit a desirable and more affordable dish washer. I will buy more KitchenAid products after experiencing these results!

If you buy it you will ask the question not just because it does take a time for it to go through wash, but you not hear it so you won't know until you learn to look for the green light that means its finished

Quiet and does the job. Looks good and the Geek Squad guys did a great job installing. The sales rep in store knew his stuff in helping us compare options. Couldn't be happier with Pacific Sales as an appliance vendor.

This dishwasher loiks great in my home, matches the other appliances nicely. SUPER QUIET!!! Great if you need a near silent one, ours is near a TV and now, no more turning up the volume to hear over a wash cycle.

Expected more from this name brand dishwasher & was told I wouldn't be disappointed. However, I am. Dishes are still wet & dirty at end of cycle. Waterspots on glasses and silverware even with all rinsing agents used as suggested

We LOVE this dishwasher! We had a Bosch and hated it and could not wait to switch it out. We had looked at this one a couple of times but just weren't sure we were ready to spend the money (the Bosch worked, we just didn't like the way things fit in it). Well, this one was on sale for [early] Black Friday so we bought it...and after having it we are kicking ourselves for waiting so long. The layout is SO MUCH better for our dishes. The third rack at the top is nice for bigger silverware and the middle rack being adjustable is excellent for when we had tall dishes in it over Thanksgiving. We also love that the bottom rack is on a "track" (not sure of correct terminology there) because when you pull it out, it doesn't come off.

I am very happy with my KitchenAid dishwasher! I like that it has the heating element that some of the other dishwashers don't have. I also like the 3rd rack at the top for large serving spoons etc.

REally cleans dishes well. There was a delay caused by a sick truck driver on the day of delivery. The Bst Buy team went to work and got somebody at the house within an hour with the dishwasher.

We purchased this dishwasher over others because of the extra flatware slide-out tray on the top and its quiet rating, as well as for the ball bearing rollers not available on lower models.

This diswasher has an additional shelf at the top that is great for large utensils and knives. It does a great job of cleaning the dishes and is set up well for loading all sizes of dishes.

Love the Kitchenaid dishwasher. Super quiet and a huge upgrade from my builders grade dishwasher with the plastic lining. 3rd tray is a nice option, but really only used for knives and utensils.

This was a nice upgrade from a GE model we had prior. Very quiet and cleans very well. we had Best Buy arrange the install as well - the crew was in and out in 30 min No complaints yet.
