The dishwasher does not dry as well as our older machine and also racks do not allow us to load dishes as easily, for example racks are not set up to keep bowls from tipping over. Recently the gasket around the interior face came off. Was able to put it back in, but disappointed it happened in such a short period of ownership

Nice looking product. Stainless cleans easy. Like the silverware rack on top.

I give it a 10 for looks and operation with one exception the rack for dishes fails completely dishes are not held properly and rattles when washing. Dishes and glasses also rattle when opening and closing the door? Dish rack not performing intend duty .

I purchased this model because it was on sale and free installation was being offered. I checked the rating on Consumer Reports and this model was both relatively highly rated overall and rated as being quieter than average. We have an open plan, with the kitchen, dining area and great room adjacent, so limiting the noise was an important factor. I was nevertheless surprised as just how quiet this model actually is. You can hardly hear it, even standing right next to it. It also does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. The racks are adjustable (the upper rack can be adjusted up and down and some of the dish holders can also be moved around) There is also a pull out rack above the upper rack which can accommodate large flat items. We had no issue with the installation, which was done OK (noting that Best Buy uses contractors, so your experience may vary. I would have liked a narrower window, however. We were given an installation day, and didn't received a call until early that morning giving us a 4 hour window in the afternoon (they arrived within the window, but just barely).

This dishwasher is so quiet and efficient. Cannot even tell when it is on.

Replacing a Samsung that was not very old, no noise and it cleans the dishes.
