This model really cleans great and if it didn't have a light in the front you'd never know it was running. Went back and forth on the 3rd rack but now glad we got it (great for knives, lids, etc). The smoothest rack operation, top and bottom, broke the tie between other brands.

At 39 decibels, you cannot hear this dishwasher. It is amazingly quiet, and it looks really nice. We’ve had it for a few months now and the dishes come out clean with no spots. I also like the amount of room and the option of putting in the third level shelf for small things. This is the 7th or 8th dishwasher we’ve owned and so I feel confident in our ability to rate dishwashers. You won’t be disappointed.

What I like the most about this dishwasher is that is not only cleans the dishes well, but it's also very quiet.

This Kitchen Aid product is the best dishwasher I have ever had. It is incredibly quiet, so quiet one sometimes wonders if it is actually on. Dishes come out really clean and dry, even plastic containers. Shallow top rack is a wonderful feature.

Dishwasher is so quiet I don't even know if it's running. It's also large inside and holds a lot of dishes etc. I only need to run it every 2 to 3 days for 3 or 4 people. I used to run my old one at least once a day. The dishes seem to be so much cleaner as well.

I've had it for about a month now. Utilize for about 4 times a week. Plastics don't dry if there are areas that water can settle in like the edge of Tupperware. If it's edge less most likely will dry. I purchased this because of good reviews, and a third rack due to washing pots and pans a lot as to not use the utensil basket, just the small one. It's is so quiet, I mean thinking it's not working quiet. After using it a few times I realize it's just very quiet. I think it cleans well for us, it's never going to be like a full place setting, only 2 of us, but we cook about 4 to 5 times a week, and it saves time in the evening for down time after work, gym and cooking before bed. Some people think it's lazy not washing by hand, well we can't pick and choose which technology to judge and criticize. If that's the case, get up and change the tv without the remote, pick a sunny day to dry clothes outside, hand wash laundry or don't use the A/C in the car or house.

Cleans extremely well, especially with power scrub. Drying time longer than my last Maytag dishwasher, but newer washers are more energy efficient. Like the 3rd rack and the ball bearing slide out drawers. Stainless steel shows every fingerprint and has to be cleaned often.

Due to some issues with our old house it was a difficult install. Once hooked up and running, I continue to be impressed with how quiet it really is. Still having some problems getting everything as clean as I expect it to be but it may be an issue with the soap. I will be trying various brands to see how they work. Overall, great dishwasher.

So far, this product has functioned quite well. Have had it for about 2 months. Here's the summary: * Quiet * Does a great job at cleaning stuck-on stuff like cheese * Really like the pull out drawer for flat stuff at the top of the dishwasher and the ability to lower the upper rack for taller glasses * The power wash feature is pretty good I used to have a budget GE dishwasher that really wasn't cleaning dishes, was loud, and effectively got disgusting on the inside. Decided to pay a bit more and get a decent dishwasher given that we're a family of 6 (with 4 teenagers). We'll see how it performs after a couple of years, but so far, so good. Other observations: * I've only used the capsule detergent that's recommended (learned the hard way with the other dishwasher) * Make sure you have a water softener in your house

Quietest dish washer ever. It cleans very well. Very Happy with this product.

It's a big appliance and holds a lot of dishes! There is also a top rack which is cool.

Almost silent running on all modes, very pleased with the look, the capacity and above all else the quietness of the unit! Had a little delay getting wired properly, but after the first run of the unit we were tickled pink!

This dishwasher is amazing! It is so quiet that it's sometimes difficult to tell if it's actually running. The install was fairly easy and the directions are very user friendly. Just be sure to really tighten all connections before use, as we did not and ended up with a floor soaked in water after the first few cycles (user error, but a friend with the same dishwasher had the same issue). Dishes come out completely clean with no soapy residue unless something is really dried/cooked onto it (just soak it in some hot water beforehand to help with that). It leaves dishes dry with the exception of some plastic, which is expected from any dishwasher. While a little on the pricey side, overall this dishwasher has been the best one we've ever had and is worth every penny.
