Very quiet, you do not even know it is running. I like the controls on top, so you do not have to bend over to see them (if they were on the front) Amazing performance, Glasses, dishes come out the cleanest I have ever seen. Maybe it's the Quantum soap I now use, but wow, everything is supper clean and sanitized. Draw backs, The normal cycle runs for 3 hours. When the clean light comes on, I can still hear the fan running forever after the wash cycle is supposed to be over. Biggest drawback: It did not come with a MANUAL. Nothing online to explain how to use it or if the the fan running is normal. I am really just up in the air about any of the features or just how to use the dishwasher in general. Big disconnect from the manufacture. Why would they not give you a manual? This is a pricey dishwasher. I love the dishwasher, but using it is trial and error and trying to guess what some of the buttons are for and guessing running times and guessing about everything. Come on KitchenAid, get your act together - give me a Manual.

Very quiet, lots of room. Love the third rack. Does a excellent job and very nice looking.

Purchased after having great success with our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. So pleased! It’s quiet. Has multiple wash options. Sleek design. 3 racks. And it cleans better than I expected. Definitely recommended. And Best Buy install was a breeze, even in our 1955 kitchen.

Have been looking at this dishwasher for a couple of months knowing that we had to replace our 9 yr old Bosch because of recurring handle problems. KitchenAid dishwashers have been highly rated on Consumer reports. Have had for a month and am very impressed. Installation was awesome from Best Buy. Very professional. Dishwasher is very quiet. Everything comes out completely clean and dry using ProDry setting. Best 3rd rack available. Black stainless steel matches up well with our LG gas oven. First time appliance purchase and installation from Best Buy. We will be a return customer.

Very pleased with this dishwasher. It has high capacity, cleans well and quietly. It is well designed and has I,proved our kitchen considerably. Probably it even is healthier for us in cleaning our dishes thoroughly.

Recently purchased a black slate induction range and then my dishwasher died so I opted to try this black KitchenAid dishwasher I was interested in the third rack which really works out well for smaller items plenty a room to still fill up the dishwasher the installers were awesome and I was pleasantly surprised how well the colors actually match they look great and the same room. This dishwasher has a quick cycle in a long cycle and it really gets all the food particles off all the dishes and everything on the top rack dries top and bottom I like the pro drying half action definitely drives all the dishes top and bottom even a little lip inside some of the lids

Oh my! Do we ever love this dishwasher. Three drawers are a game changer. So quiet. We used to have a Bosch and this is even quieter. The dishes come out sparkling. Oh and the installers were so professional

Wow, is it running? I love this dishwasher! It’s super quiet, cleans really well and has tons and tons and tons of room. I’m amazed how much I can fit in that little top rack-bowls, cups, spatulas, cup lids, etc. I would recommend this to anyone. The ONLY improvement I can think of is giving the consumer a better idea of how much time is left in cycle. (The design does have a timer but it’s on the TOP of the door and my counter hides it) I love it and would buy another one without hesitation

Must agree with everyone else who thinks this is a great dishwasher. Not only does it look great, it performs well, too. It's extremely quiet. The 3rd rack is a nice addition. The door is heavy and you need to really pull on it to open... definitely not a negative, just an observation. The two spray heads do a super job of getting the dishes nice and clean. Hope this model lasts as long as our previous Kitcheaid dishwasher. It's a quality product.

Cleans really well and is reasonably quiet. Love the third rack. It dries plastics well. I've only run a few loads but the capacity is great now that I'm figuring out the best way to load it.

We had a 10 year old model that died, so wanted something similar. This had the third rack that we honestly thought we'd take out. However, we love the third rack! This dishwasher holds more than our old KitchenAid - also love the top controls. You can actually see the timer on the top if you step a few paces away and look in. I would have never thought that would work, but it's great! Dishes have been spotless and dry - we've run 10-15 loads so far.

I have owned this thing thing over 10 months and I love this dishwasher, perfect for the price range i was looking at. It runs quiet I sometimes have to check its running and then cleans really. The 3rd rack helped save space for more items to be washed ( cups, glasses and utensils). Overall a great purchase and will consider buying again. Thanks Bestbuy tukwila team for recommending.

Excellent dishwasher, we were purchasing a different brand for our appliances, and when we looked at how the dishwasher drawers felt when pulled out, the decision was made to use the KitchenAid dishwasher. Having it in the house for the last 3 weeks we really love it, it has so much room in it and the ability to adjust the way you load dishes. Then add in the 3rd shelf and this dishwasher does it all. Only minor complaint, our silverware is a not the normal flat silverware, but have round handles, so the silverware is always full before the rest of the dishwasher. But it's not enough to reduce the rating. Plus the thing is so quiet you don't even notice that it is running. Great product Highly recommend it.

The noise level, not much other than the water the rest of the time I don’t hear. Everything goes smooth. It cleans so well & dry. It shows when it’s ready. I’m glad I made the right choice purchasing kitchen Aid. I would recommend it. There’s nothing to dislike comparing what I had before. I usually use it in the afternoon. It’s amazing.

We love our KitchenAid dishwasher. It is great gets everything clean, it’s quiet. Looks good too. Love the third rack. Let’s us wash a bigger load easily.

This is the best dishwasher ever! Easy to load, holds tons of stuff, dries my plastic beautifully! I have never been o pleased with a dishwasher! Easy to purchase online, great installation in timely matter and removed the old one! Speaking of the old one it was a Bosch, worse dishwasher ever! Tines too close to hold bowls, very small inside, didn't dry well,plastic not at all! It was only only 6 months old,couldn't stand it anymore!

Best dishwasher we've owned. When using pro-dry, the dishes really do get dry. Our dishes are clean without pre-cleaning. Very quiet as well. Now that we are used to it, we like the third shelf as well. Only negative is that because the controls are on top of the door, every time i open the door i hit a button and turn the thing on. That's me and not the dishwasher though. Overall, an expensive but worthwhile purchase.

This dishwasher has amazing capacity. The racks are smooth it cleans great, drys well and runs quiet A+ I tell everyone I love this piece of equipment!!

I love almost everything about this dishwasher. It had all my checks of features. Heat dry, sensor wash,leak detection and pretty quiet. The bonus was the amount of room and how many dishes it can really hold is a game changer. It dries dishes well. The only thing getting used to is the drying fan it runs for 8 hours after washing. Since I wash while sleeping it has not bothered me. Though the first time I ran dishes during day…the fan was distracting. Just had to open door to stop till I was ready to unload. Over all I am happy so far.
