Great service, delivery was very easy given the current Covid-19 situation. Appliance arrived in perfect condition and very happy with my Best Buy experience. Highly recommend KitchenAid appliances. Last time we upgraded our appliances was 17 years ago. All were still in good working condition, just needed some updating.

Amazing dishwasher. It is so quiet, you literally can not hear it running unless it is dead silent in your house. Looks amazing, washes better!

Dishwasher began leaking on our floors within 1 year and 6 months after purchase on the backside of the unit. This is a built in washer, so it took us weeks to notice and by then it had warped our flooring. Contacted kitchenaide and was unimpressed with level of customer service. Was told warranty does not cover anything past 1 year. I understand the warranty, but it’s sad to learn that the product is not built to last beyond a year. This is a relatively expensive dishwasher, so I would have expected a longer useful life out of it. Just wanted to warn people that the brand will not support after a year, so you should purchase an extended warranty. The leak has caused thousands of dollars of damage to our hardwood floors. Homeowner’s is covering the damage, but it’s been an awful experience and highly stressful. Was purchased and installed through Best Buy.

I love my dishwasher machine because it is amazing. It has three adjustable trays and has enough space. It leaves my dishes clean and dry without soap stains. It also doesn't make noise like other brands I've had.

Only had this dishwasher less than a month. But this Kitchenaid exceeded my expectations. Easy to operate and cleans very well.

We like this d/w. Id like for it to have been a little quieter. Too bad it took 3 tries to get it installed properly. The 1st technician didnt know ehat he was doing; the next delivery had broken parts. Finally the 3rd d/w was good & techs did a good job.

What a terrible experience. I purchased this dishwasher due to the great reviews I've read. The dishwasher I received was destroyed. See pics. After several hours of trying to speak with an actual person, I reached someone who arranged for an exchange. It arrived in 2 days with which I was very pleased. Well, the second dishwasher I received was also destroyed, literally leaking out of the top of the machine through a broken weld where it was severely dented. It was completely covered by the insulation so there was no way for me to have noticed until it started leaking everywhere. I physically had to go back to the store to request a refund since after 2 days of trying, I was never successful at speaking to a manager. I left my name and number twice but no one returned my call. I won't be shopping at best buy in the future. I already got a new dishwasher from Lowe's that was in perfect condition. I'm a little hesitant in entering this review as I haven't actually gotten my refund. The dishwasher is being picked up on 2/18. I'm hoping I will see it shortly after that.

This has been a surprisingly good choice as a dishwasher. We originally purchased a Bosch, my wife didn't like the way the racks worked, so we ended up returning it for this. No complaint so far cleaning quality has been excellent.

Noisier than I expected. This was one of the higher end models and shocked be quieter.

We love this dishwasher! The best thing is the deep 3rd rack. It’s also very quiet.

On our second replacement and about to get a third. Pump very noisy. Loud humming like a drill the entire wash. Can’t believe this is marketed as quiet especially at the price point. This is the newer 2020 model. Apparently this is common with the new redesign. Louder than 20 year old KitchenAid dishwasher it just replaced. Does clean and dry the best ever.

Lives up to expectations. We've had this for only one month and have nothing negative to say.
