Great fridge love it. Love the 5 doors. Ice is great

This refrigerator has many features that I like. It has 4 drawers in the refrigerator- two for veggies and fruit, a smaller one between those two where my daughter puts her cans of soda, as well as a "deli" drawer. It has ice and water on the door and the ice dispenser lights up when being used. The freezer has two upper drawers which makes for great organization. The reason for the 4 stars is that the finish on the front is more of a deep gray with kind of a chocolate hue rather than black and the finish can be scratched rather easily. Overall, though, I am happy with my purchase. .

This refrigerator is the best man made machine ever! My girlfriend and I were a little skeptical about getting into Kitchenaid but we are glad we did, couldn't be happier with the purchase. This refrigerator is very beautiful. The LED lighting wows anyone that opens its doors. We love the soft close doors, it brings the elegance out of it. We get many compliments from visitors. My only negative remark is the ice dispenser size (too small). Other than that, we are very happy so far.

This KitchenAid 25.8Cu ft 5 Door French Door Refrigerator is the best. The 2 bottom refrigerator drawers are handy to grab lunch items without opening up the whole refrigerator. There is plenty of room and 2 more drawers inside for vegetables, etc. The freezer has plenty of room with two full size drawers and two large bins in the bottom with a "pizza" shelf inside the door. This is a well-build appliance

It's beautiful, and so very functional. So far, we have had no problems with this refrigerator (we've had it for almost 6 months). It holds so much, and is so easy to view and access everything--even in the freezer! The design is wonderful. I sure hope it holds up--and I got the 5-year warranty, too. Best Buy met a slightly lower price from a competitor, also.

We purchased the fridge a couple months ago as we needed something bigger. The freezer has so much more space than I coule imagine, and with 3 drawers to work with! The fridge has adjustable shelves and is very well lit, makes ice fast and can keep up! Hands down would buy this again and again!

The best features are the crisper drawers and herb keeper. The fresh vegetables stayed fresh longer than any fridge we've owned. I stored some cilantro in the herb keeper and it stayed fresh for several weeks. It has lots of shelves, but not many ways to configure them. (One large shelf shattered while cleaning, it was quickly replaced under the manufacturer warranty.) The ice maker couldn't keep up in the hot summer, but it never stopped making ice.

We just purchased this amazing fridge. First of all best buy offered a very good price and also they matched the price and we get another $150 discount. They installed it in 3 days and it works amazing. You can barely hear any sound, the water is very good (except the first 4-5 cups which is normal), it has lots of space and at last it's so stylish!

Purchased this KitchenAid fridge as a scratch and dent. There were a few minor dents on the front side that are now covered with small magnets. I love the functionality of this refrigerator. The drawer slides are a higher quality then the other units I had researched. I love the LED lighting! Only complaint is that the right door is not 100% level. We noticed this in the store and they provided a service call to attempt to level door and it is in the same position. A few minutes of tinkering on our own and we got it leveled. Great fridge so far after 1 month of ownership.

This fridge is the only appliance I've ever been this excited about - it's gorgeous, it's functional, it has ever feature I could want and none of the ridiculous ones (like a TV or bluetooth, seriously?) that I don't want. Pros: It's built like a tank. Repairs will be easy b/c all appliance repairmen can get KitchenAid parts for reasonable prices, unlike Samsung or LG. Space is great, it cools consistently, and the front water dispenser & ice machine are extremely convenient. Cons: It's huge, yet not an interior space leader. The standard stainless steel finish is gorgeous but shows fingerprints VERY easily. I'd suggest getting the version w/the smudge-proof finish. Also, the ice machine is relatively slow. Ice capacity is OK for a single-child home. Freezer space is somewhat limited due to the 2 upper sliding trays. Overall - it's an awesome machine from arguably the most reputable appliance manufacturer. Highly recommended.

I have had this refrigerator for about a month now. It has performed flawlessly and has tons of features. I love the in door ice maker. It makes plenty of ice for our family and does a great job at dispensing. I love the drawers up front. Perfect for having snack drawers for my son so he is not constantly going through the fridge.

Love the looks of this refrigerator, just had It installed. Love the organizational drawers and ice is made quickly but in small amounts.

We recently purchased this from Best Buy during a kitchen renovation. It's a beautiful fridge, and very appealing. However, it's not much on the storage, and we're thankful we kept our old fridge to put in the garage as a back-up, as we're definitely using both to feed this family of five. From my personal experience, the side-by-side fridge's have much greater storage capacity and ease of use. Other than that, it's a great fridge that we hope provides many years of service to our family...you just need to know the storage limitations going in.

Very happy with this refrigerator,the only thing that needs improvement are the ice maker and water dispenser noise.

I do not recommend buying this fridge. Oh yes, it’s pretty and rather expensive but soooo not worth the hassle. We have had this fridge for a little over a year. I have had to place 3 service calls on it in that time. Now, we’re waiting on a part to be replaced because the fridge isn’t cooling - food isn’t cold and it won’t make ice. This is the second time it stopped making ice. Not worth your money (because she ain’t cheap) or your time. Keep scrolling right past this one.

We've had this about a month now and I'm pretty happy with it. The programmable drawer is outstanding. We keep veg and greens in there and it does an excellent job of keeping things fresh. Had a week old pack of romaine lettuce in there and went away for 5 days. Upon our return, it was still crisp and fresh looking. The only drawback(s) are that I feel it runs almost constantly and it's a little loud - I expected a fridge that wouldn't need to run much and would be near silent.

This refrigerator has factory door alignment issues. Kitchenaid gives you a door alignment tool and instruction to fix horizontal and vertixal gaps. It takes a lot of customer effort to correct manufacturer ‘defects’. Inside of fridge constantly fogs up with humidity when door is opened briefly. Vaporlock gaskets and seals are poorly fitted and do not create a good seal, even after realignment. Various cosmetic defects with cheap plastic panels where they meet stainless exterior. Insulating foam visible through exterior joints and door surfaces. Ice maker constantly clogs when chipped ice is used, caused by melting and refreezing of ice chips at the door. Dont buy. They havent fixed any if these issues since this unit came out.

We purchased our kitchen aid refrigerator and we are very satisfied. Great sales person who erased our fears of an open box purchase. The refrigerator is quiet and keeps everything fresh.

Nice setup with drawers. Not much room for large items like milk and pop. Ice maker area does not hold enough ice for a family of 4. Leaking from top and service needed to be called. Doors out of line and whole refrigerator had leveling problems for geek squad. Parts must be made after ordered and can take 6 weeks. Made in the USA is why I bought, but not a fan. Samsung seems to be better even though reviews say their service sucks.
