My wife and I love are new KitchenAid fridge. There is plenty of space and the 2 draws are great. Love the measured fill for the water

Replaced my 4 yr old GE Profile because of freezer motor noise and under performing ice maker. My salesman was knowledgeable but my wife and I explained that we had also explained to the last salesperson we were wanting maximum ice production. I now store extra bags of ice in my garage freezer and have to manually add ice to the ice bin 2-3 times a week. Shouldn't have to do this; it's not over worked as we just built our home and have a separate ice maker in our bar area.

The fridge looks amazing, but have had some issues with water dripping, causing damage to one of the drawers electrical panels. Other than than great fridge.,

Great lighting good lay out. Has nice storage for veggies and deli meats.. however it loses some space do to having middle drawer other than that great all around a little on pricey side but so far great investment.

When our fridge quit workimg I was wondering what next? Well what next was made so much easier by your staff. The differences in manufactuers products and costs seemed overwheming. That is until we sat down with your rep and discussed what wanted (and what was in our budget). We are used top of the line and found the exactone we wanted and at a cost lower than I had expected. Of course needless to say when you get the top of line at a price you want, it is easy to love. And that is why I give it five stars.

This unit has been good. I don't have any major complaints. I wish the interface was a little more intelligent for the price tag on this unit.

Refrigerator has a great layout love all the space in it the only negative thing I have is the lighting in the freezer is not enough. This refrigerator the way it’s laid out seems like it has more room than my last refrigerator that had four more cubic feet in it

I like the fact that it has a separate drawer with adjustable temperature. The design is beautiful and love the gray interior. I had a lot of problems getting one that worked though. The first one was delivered with a broken water dispenser. The second one stayed warm even after being on for 24 hours. The third one had a dent on the side and the back panel was destroyed but I accepted it anyway. You may need to inspect every inch of it upon delivery.

This fridge is top quality. I have so much room to organize my food/drinks inside. It looks attractive also and the water filtration is a bonus!

This review is for KitchenAid-25.8 Cu. Ft. 5-door French Door Refrigerator-stainless Steel. This refrigerator has cool sliding drawers on the inside. Plus it has two extra middle sliding drawers on the outside that close securely. The French doors are weighted so the close securely. There is plenty of interior space for a family of 5. Ice maker and water dispenser work great and lots of options that are nice to have. This refrigerator is very expensive but waited it out till I got it on sale.

So far so good, looks great, lots of room. Matches the rest of the appliances in our new home.

Really enjoying 1) lighting in front of food, 2) middle drawers, 3) multiple freezer baskets

We love our new Kitchenaid 5 door refrigerator. It’s the last piece we needed to complete our kitchen suite. We had to move a wall to make room for it, but it’s totally worth it. It’s huge inside, plenty of room for a pizza box which we could not fit in our counter depth fridge. We love the drawers for quick access to drinks. The freezer space is also great. So far, we are completely thrilled with this purchase.

We purchased all KitchenAid appliances for our kitchen remodel in May 2018 from Best Buy; Refrigerator, Double ovens, Microwave drawer, Gas cook top and hood. We did an abundant amount of research before deciding on KitchenAid. The reviews and customer satisfaction seemed all positive to us... but we have not been so lucky. We have had an issue with ice production since day 1, even when we enabled the 'continuous ice' function. We followed all the 'trouble shooting' recommendations to no avail. In March 2019, the roof of the fridge starting leaking water sporadically. We called KitchenAid, as it was still under manufacturer warranty, and filed a repair claim. They sent out a local appliance repair company who stated they fixed they leaking and ice production issue. Ice production seemed ok, not nearly producing the amount of ice we received from our previous 'other brand' fridge (that was literally 1/4 of the price of this KitchenAid fridge)... Jump to today, 5 months later, and the fridge is leaking again, and there is almost NO ice produced at all. We call KitchenAid, thinking since this is a reoccurring issue they would take care of it? Nope. The customer service rep told us that we would have to pay a diagnosis fee of $100 to the appliance repair company since we are out of warranty. Since they referred the same company that originally came out, I contacted that company to advise that this is the same issue they supposedly repaired in March. I was told that they only have a 90 day warranty on their services, and I am out of my manufacturer warranty, so I would be responsible for service call fee of $100 PLUS all parts and labor. The KitchenAid CSR couldn't care less. She basically told us there was nothing they can do. So, in closing- do NOT pay $3,500+ for this refrigerator- it is NOT worth it, and the customer service from KitchenAid adds insult to injury.
