Very happy with the delivery experience. They moved my old fridge to a different room on a lower floor and moved it through tight spaces with no damage to my walls! The fridge/freezer is working very well ... very happy with my purchase. The only complaint so far is that the replacement water filters are very expensive so I will be trying an alternative supplier. Very happy with my BestBuy buying experience.

Major flaw in the design was to put the drawer button display right under the ice/water dispenser. bad design.

The one before this was an LG. The LG was junk from day one. After the warranty on the LG went out I had the repair service at my house almost every six months. I found the Kitchen Aide on sale. I did a lot of research before I bought another one. The Kitchen Aide beat them all in service and length of service. Good riddance LG.

The amount of money we paid for this and it broke in the first year and has broke 2 times after that and now in quarantine it has stopped working another 2 times! There is ice freezing over the air vents so the air isn’t coming out to make the fridge cold, at first it was just the fridge and now it is the bottom freezer too. Luckily our cheap Frigidaire in the garage is working like a champ. So so extremely frustrated and Kitchenaid doesn’t want to help, I have called. I will never buy a kitchenaid again. I bought all kitchenaid appliances for my new kitchen and my oven sucks too. Doesn’t broil evenly, still after they came to fix it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially ordered a different fridge to replace our old one but when I got to the store to see the other models, I noticed the KitchenAid model design & built was for me quite "solid" in appearance. I believe it would last longer compared to other models I've seen. Though it's pricey for my budget, my experience with KitchenAid products was a factor in my decision. I only wish it had inverter motor technology.
