Love our new fridge, replaced an old Amana model 23. Very bright inside, makes it easy to find stuff. Best Buy's price was $400 less than the competition, plus points.

Icemaker stopped working within a month i am scheduling repair

This was an out of box purchase not a scratch & dent , however it had a water filter in the drawer when we looked at it , when it came , none . 2 times my husband went back to store for a water filter2 times the water came out the ceiling of the refrigerator, making us get everything out & wipe all the water out, finally my husband called kitchen aid& when we asked the age of the refrigerator they said it was 7 yrs old ! How does that happen ? We got a different refrigerator & r happy with it.

Really impressed with this refrigerator. The interior lighting is my favorite part. Touch control panel for water and ice seems a bit cheap but works good

I like vacation and Shabbat mode but the delivery guys installed the doors very poorly and everything is off and some parts are missing I like the company but service could’ve been better

I needed a refrigerator to feed my cooking hunger and this one more than meets that requirement. I love how I am able to organize in each area and easily see what I have.

Bought this fridge as an open box on the floor. Sales person said the little marks on the door were just cosmetic and that the fridge itself was fine. Unfortunately everything is wrong with it. The main water pump is broken causing the water to taste like rubber and it shoots out a violent stream of water. The ice also tastes like rubber and then to make the fridge even better the seal that is supposed to keep the freezer cold is completely warped. Will never buy an open box item again from Best Buy and am really disapointed in my overall purchase.

My new freezer has filled with ice. I can barely open the door now. I have tried call Best Buy 8 times and I cannot get a live person on the phone to help me. This is frustrating.

I love this fridge BUT It appears I might be developing rust on this product. If I do I will certainly be coming in to discuss.

I bought this in the spring for a renovation we've been doing since then. When the kitchen was finally completed in August we plugged her in and she looked great blah blah blah... worked for about a week and then stopped cooling (we hadn't even put any food in it yet, just a few bottles of wine and some beer)... I spent four hours the other day trying every troubleshooting/suggestion I could find online... Thank god I got the protection plan for it, but regardless, within a few months of purchasing it, I shouldn't have to have a service call come out already...

Love the look and storage options this fridge offers. We have only had this for a couple of weeks but no complaints as of now.

Only had it for a week so far but love it. Only issue is the freezer door doesn’t always close on its own which causes ice to form.

I walked in to best buy and saw a couple of frigs.Decided on this one .I liked the style very rough looking and Elegant at the sametime.Nice.So far looks Good.
