Nice fridge with seperate drawers. The main complaint I have is the right door slams if you don't shut the left one first. The freezer drawer tends to require a lot of force to close all the way

This refrigerator is the best! We never thought we would spend that much on a refrigerator, but it is so worth it! It is very quiet vs our old one that sounded like an alien was knocking on the inside! The surface of the black stainless is the best. Very difficult to get fingerprints on it. The middle cooler drawers are great. Can adjust the one on left to what you have in it, lunch meat, etc. And the drawers are the slow close..so they close on their own with no slamming! If I had to pick out one negative, it would be the freezer drawer pulls a little harder than I had hoped, but there are two top drawers in it and can get kind of heavy depending on what you are putting in there. There is so much room in the refrigerator too. We have gotten so many compliments on it. Very pricey compared to competitors, but it is a KitchenAid and high quality. Worth the money!

Very expensive … but got a great deal on sale. Very impressive … looks like a bank vault! Best most versatile fridge I ever had , love the French doors and 2 drawers, 3 shelves in the freezer. Very bright lights in the fridge, lights could be better in the freezer . Hope it’s more reliable than the Samsung I had before.

Dont buy anyrhing Kitchenaid. This refrigerator is overpriced trash. Expect it to fail. They should charge an extra $1000 just so you can get a 3 year warranty cause its gonna fail. Kitchenaid is the rock bottom of appliance makers charging a premium amount. Better idea, take your money, out it in a hole, light it on fire and then cover it.

We've had this refrigerator for about 3 months now. I absolutely love the interior. Lots of options to put stuff away and organize your space. It has built in specialty storage spots that are very convenient (like the frozen pizza area in the freezer door). I absolutely LOVE the right hand independent drawer for produce. I put all of my often used produce that I use and cook with every day in there and you can open it and access the items without opening the entire fridge. I leave the less used produce in the interior drawers. The inside is beautiful. The lighting.... OMG. I never thought I would be impressed with fridge lighting, but it's so fancy. I like the water and ice maker. So far so good. We'll see...... The ice does taste funny, but that might be because of Dallas' overall poor water quality.

Love the new fridge. The 2 smaller drawers are perfect for the rug rats. We can stock it with what their water and juice boxes in one and then snacks in the other. The handles are pretty big but I like it. It’s solid and makes you feel like you got what you paid for rather the cheap feel of plastic like most.

Priced the same at home improvement stores, but Best Buy had best 0% interest payment plan & I felt the install contractor was top notch, I wanted to own this KA 5-door a while before reviewing. I can't find anything to say that is negative about it. I live in a humid climate and haven't had any issues with the icemaker. Its a top notch item quality wise and cosmetically. Really was wanting the black stainless but couldn't find, but not disappointed with standard stainless. The handles keep fingerprints off the surface. Very well designed & a ton of storage, especially in the freezer compartment. There is nothing lacking on this KA 5-door fridge!

I love how smooth everything functions. You can see everything clearly because it’s LED lit and well layed out. Easy to get in and out, with just a soft touch you slide open and close and it just flows. Plus it’s so pretty! Elegant actually. So far I am very satisfied with my decision. I was worried I’d get a lemon based on some of the reviews but I just don’t fidget with it. If the crushed ice feature is said to be messy, I just get regular ice. It’s good enough (and trust me I’m big on ice). We try to be kind to our fridge, hopefully it does us right and gives us many years. As of now, it makes us very happy :-D

Have had for 2 weeks now. Looks great in kitchen. Tons of room in both frig & freezer. Love the snack drawers on inside. Both separate drawers on outside are handy for things you get often. Plenty of shelf room in doors. Also love the the size of ice cubes and the crushed ice. Love this frig so far!

I love my fridge. It is spacious and I can configure shelves to my liking. The water filter takes tons of gallons to run through before it is clear and tastes good but once it does it is good. I love the soft close drawers and the extra space they provide. My only complaint is the black stainless surface is too easily damaged. Kids put little magnets on it and scooted one across and they left marks whether it was the one moved or just placed on. For a nearly $4000 fridge the outside surface should be way more durable. Black stainless just doesn’t seem to hold up. Should have known since my lg black stainless stove has spots wearing off simply from cleaning while using a cloth.

We received the refrigerator and after it was installed, and the old refrigerator had already been disassembled and removed, it was pointed out the freezer door had a dent. The refrigerator is awesome but we are still waiting on the new freezer door. The telephone calls with Best Buy have been a nightmare. Hoping to get the new door this weekend as scheduled (or I should say, rescheduled, multiple times). The space and design have been great so far. Water dispensing is a little noisy, so hopefully that is just normal for this appliance. I recommend the appliance. I do not recommend Best Buy delivery.

I am incredibly disappointed!!! I love the look, style and space of this refrigerator. 5 months after delivery and installation the ice maker stopped producing ice and the ice maker constantly leaked water inside the fridge. I had to use a towel every few hours to clean up the water. This started in September, and it took 22 documented service calls of changing parts, and diagnosing before KitchenAid decided it was non-repairable. They said the insulation had been over blown in the top of the refrigerator and when it expanded it caused water to flow improperly, and it damaged the refrigerator rendering it "unrepairable" and they replaced it in January. I was excited to receive the replacement refrigerator (brand new NOT refurbished) and put this headache behind me, but here we go 9 months later, and the ice maker on the NEW refrigerator does not produce ice. Service calls again have started. I'm just waiting for it to begin leaking water inside the refrigerator like the last one. After going through reviews and dealing with this on TWO refrigerators I see it's not an isolated situation. It's beautiful, but very poor quality. Don't chance it, just buy a different refrigerator. I lost a lot of time with work, and a ton of food that was constantly getting saturated because the 1st refrigerator and here the same symptoms are presenting themselves with the new refrigerator.

Quality ! Easy close drawers, solid handles, great design separating produce and other meats cheeses … love it so much more than the junk I had! And it Looks Marvelous

I am so happy with this refrigerator. Kitchenaid is my go to brand and I am not disappointed with this product. Quiet, ice and water work flawlessly. Had a side by side and there is so much more room in this. Love the second set of drawers. Produce seems to stay fresher. So much freezer space. This one is a winner!

Love this appliance fit perfect by actual measurements and works like a dream this is a great product! We love the self closing drawers with the kids to make sure they are closed properly once they push a little it will close the rest of the way automatically! We would recommend this product for sure!

Gorgeous refrigerator that looks like the very high models like Viking. When my husband and I were shopping for a new refrigerator we only wished to purchase one Made in America and that would fit into our allotted space. This model was perfect. Lots of room inside. Would like a little more flexibility with the door shelves, however there is a lot of room inside. The freezer design is great with 3 drawers so you can easily organize your foods. Would highly recommend this refrigerator.

Very sturdy. Shelves are easy to move around. Freezer has more room than expected.

Love it. Great space. Great look. The only thing we have had issues is with the water dispenser. We've had to change filter twice within the last 6 months because it will stop dispensing water or making ice.

This fridge has amazing appeal. The lights on the shelves heighten the yearning to "fridge gaze". My wife has shown off the fridge and wants to host dinner parties (she is not one who wanted to do this prior to this fridge). In my opinion, this is a very nice fridge. The stainless steel interior and exterior really adds a classy visual. It is a nice upgrade to our kitchen and has prompted us to upgrade other appliances. The 4/5 rating is due to the water dispensing unit. It sprays and creates a little bit of a mess. It took us 2 exchanges to get a dispenser that did not spray as bad. Best Buy was great to accommodate our concern with the water dispensing unit and assisted us with the exchanges at no additional cost. The Best Buy team (sales, delivery, installation) were great to work with and my wife and I would definitely recommend their services.

Overall very good plenty of space and smart use of different compartments. Excellent temperature control in both Refrig and freezer sections Only problem is with the water dispenser. sometimes it sticks It seems like the return spring is very weak and I hope it's not an ongoing problem
