Nice design and layout

This one fits perfectly, only issue is that handle design changed so now looks different than my other appliances (dishwasher, oven/micro)

Next one only cooled down a little. 3rd one had scratches on the door. 4th one worked but the installer scratched the door while adjusting it. I’ve had it. Every time they exchanged the unit, I had to reposition everything in the garage and make sure they don’t scratch the walls and new cabinets. Who would expect that a $9000 unit would have this much problem?

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This refrigerator has been a nightmare to own. In the first 6 months the lights would go out. We quickly learned that if one light failed they all would fail. Every 6 months the lights in the fridge had to be replaced! Next the cooling system has failed 3 times! Every 2 years there is an issue with cooling that needs to be fixed. Most recently a line between the fridge and freezer melted due to heat… $4,500 fix! Now the thermostat doesn’t work so we are getting a constant over temp warning. Horrible horrible product built with cheaps parts made to fail. We will never buy a kitchen aid refrigerator ever again.
