Only had this for a few weeks but it is amazing. Lots of space, great storage. My only complaint is the shelves have a bump on the sides that make it difficult to line them up properly. But that could be user error

Eight months ago, I purchased a KitchenAid over all other brands because it had a solid reputation for good appliances. However, I am extremely disappointed in this refrigerator. It wasn't the most expensive, but it certainly wasn't cheap. There is no control over the swing of the doors, the doors when opened swing so freely, that you have to catch them before they jerk to a stop. The shelving is cheap and the "so called chrome finish on them scratches easily. The stainless steel of the doors leaves finger prints, and when trying to clean them, you can scratch the surface with just a finger nail. The doors of the food compartments won't stay closed. The movable shelf in the middle slides out so easily that I find myself pushing it back in place every time I reach for something on the upper shelf. Overall the materials this refrigerator is made of are of poor quality. My last refrigerator was a Kenmore that I had for over 20 years, and until the last year or so, I had no problems. I doubt if this KitchenAid will last 2-5 years at most. I do like the ice/water dispenser and it has been working well, overall it keeps food cold and it is quiet. My biggest concern is whether or not the drawers, shelving and exterior doors will last with repeated use.

We have had constant issues with the ice cube maker leaking, freezing, and not producing ice. A technician came out to fix it and has not been able to go to max ice mode since.

I’m loving my new fridge. The design in the inside is very sharp and looking really good and nice. Very spacious and looks really good.price is just right and I got discount during Black Friday

This is a very good refrigerator. I like that it has lots of space and I especially like the pull out shelf. The ice container is easy to get at if you want to get at the ice without using the dispenser in the outside door.

We are really liking our new refrigerator, and like the way it’s design matches our other Kitchen Aid appliances.

We love this refrigerator. It is very quiet and the ice maker in the door is great. Lots of room and the adjustable shelves make storage a snap. Also looks great.

I get nervous whenever I have to make a large purchase. I always second guess my choice but I LOVE this fridge sooo much…it looks nice and is amazing!!! So glad I purchased it.

Very pleased with the new design. We had the previous generation of this refrigerator and it had multiple issues. They seem to have been resolved with the update.

No issues with the fridge but the delivery did not go well. I was told by the installer that there was a slow leak coming from the ice maker. He also stated that there was nothing he could do and he could finish the install but water would continue to leak out. No he really was going to push the fridge back with a leak. Then he offered 39.95 hose replacement option to correct the water line leak then told me he couldn’t install it. I got very frustrated and went to Lowe bought a new compression fitting for under two dollars and had water to the ice maker in a matter of minutes. You shouldn’t charge for delivery and installation if you don’t have any intention of actually doing that.

Love the style and size of this refrigerator!! Would recommend it!!
