He was very professional, helpful and went beyond his call of duty to make sure everything was right!!!

They told me to keep an eye if price lower down in the future and they will price matching. I call them to do so when found a cheaper price and they refuse to do it. I’m very disappointed they don’t keep promises.

The only issues are the limited spacing of the main shelves and the large pull out drawer requires both doors to be open. A split drawer would be better.

I then spent hours and hours on the phone being tranferred from one customer service agent to the next. I based my purchase on its ability to be delivered before Christmas yet when I refused the damaged unit, the next available delivery date was Feb 1. This was completely unacceptable and there was not one person that could help me resolve the issue. Best Buy has the absolute worst customer service i have EVER experienced. You could not talk to anyone directly... you call the store and it routes you to the international call center and those folks are useless. Not sure if I will ever be back and I'm more than happy to share my experience over and over again! Do better Best Buy!!! So disappointing.

The faux wood pull out shelf was a little more plastic-y than I had imagined, but I bought it sight unseen so I really can't complain. It's still nice enough to look at from a distance

However during installation the water line was kinked. It took awhile to get the line replaced and to be able to use the ice and water dispenser.
